Perhaps if they are successful, they can afford to ignore customers even when there are hardly any people around. I was standing at the counter, and the staff totally ignored customers, appearing busy with their own tasks. After waiting for a while, being the only person in line, I walked to a nearby store to browse other items. I came back again to ask if I could order. The reply was, 'Wait ah, wait ah...' I walked away. The customer service here is sorely lacking. Don't blame customers if business isn't doing well.

Very disappointing lunch.
1. The server had to ask the chef if the food was available for every dish we inquired about.
2. A 'makcik' working there was hogging the sauce area. I had to go around her, and she wouldn't budge. She wouldn't even give guests five seconds to get what they needed.
3. Staff are underpaid, I guess? They don't seem happy to be working.
4. The white bee hoon was not gravy; it was literally soup and had no taste.
5. The salted egg fish rice was bad, but the chilli I'd give 5 stars.
6. Overpriced. You can go to any 'zhi char' stall and get a decent meal for $5+ that tastes good.
7. Food portion is great.

Ordered rice with a dish. It was just 'meh' and not worth the price charged, as the taste of the food was slightly below average. Not to mention, the place is super hot and stuffy. I pity the staff who have to work there for long hours under those conditions.
