Waiting time was more than 30 minutes, likely due to many Grab orders. While waiting long is understandable, the food arrived super cold. The chicken wasn't crispy, and the cheese sticks were also cold and rubbery. The taste was a bit different too; I ordered soy garlic but it tasted quite sweet. The chicken was cold and soggy.

Taste-wise, it was okay, but the chicken winglets and fries were served cold. I believe the food was prepared much earlier, as it was cold when we received it. Hope they can improve in the future.

I waited for my food for about 45 minutes. The order screen is quite confusing. The shop was crowded due to some event. I don't understand why event food is prioritized over other customers. Photographers and staff were standing very close to me, infringing on my personal space. The photographers were also hogging tables during peak hour, seemingly just to take photos without regard for other patrons. I felt claustrophobic. Some of the food items didn't appear on the QR code, yet the event attendees received them. Is this how you treat your customers fairly?

Ordered through Grabfood. The 16-piece winglets were nicely fried and seasoned with their signature spices. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the Loaded Cheese fries and the 6-piece Boneless chicken combo. The amount of cheese was abysmally depressing, the fries were soggy and unsalted, the "load" was just overfried chicken batter, and the boneless chicken pieces didn't have much meat, being 80% batter and smaller than a finger, lol. The only thing worth ordering are the winglets.

Recently replaced Carl's Jr and moved down to the same floor as Time Zone. Can't go wrong with the soy garlic chicken! However, there's a sign that says "drinks are strictly non-refillable," hence the one-star deduction.

I also got their signature Spicy Wingettes and Drumettes and Rendang Chicken.

Visited this newly reopened outlet recently and tried quite a few new items that I had never tried before! They launched the all-new Tater Tots range in Plain, Kimchi, and Seaweed flavours, as well as Cheesy Loaded Tots, exclusively for this outlet! They were so addictive that I wanted to keep munching even though I was very full! I also didn't know they had maki – it was so delicious! And I was stoked to try their new Banana Choco Balls, such an indulgent treat! Of course, their wings and drumlets were as tasty as I remembered! They serve delicious, crispy fried chicken with a flavourful twist! The chicken is freshly cooked, and the crispy exterior paired with the savory sauces is a real treat. The portion sizes are generous, and the menu offers great variety. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. Highly recommend it for anyone craving crispy fried chicken with a bit of spice!

First time eating at 4 Fingers after they renovated and moved to the 2nd floor two months ago, replacing Carl's Jr. The food was amazing. It was busy and packed with customers.
