The laksa today seems very oily with the chili oil. It feels more like chili oil noodles.

I really want to support the only Muslim stall, but the food has to be good. I just ordered the penyet for lunch, and the chicken was so hard. The sambal also lacked spiciness...

Wanted to try MB Dynasty, but the stall wasn't open for lunch yesterday. Ended up eating Taiwanese braised pork rice and pig stomach soup with some side dishes and chicken chop from the same stall. The old couple manning the stall are friendly and efficient. The food was very average. There were very few stalls operating yesterday. The coffee is standard local coffee shop style. It is a problem to exit the carpark. I needed to use my cash card to tap on the reader. It was raining, and there is no shelter at the exit, so the interior of the car gets wet. This needs to be corrected. Won't be back unless things improve.

Disappointing trip. Went down only to find out they were “overwhelmed” with CNY dinner sets. At the time of my visit, there was only one to two tables waiting to be served. I was told we would have to wait for two hours before they could take new orders.

Nice place. The zhi char is damn good.

Cooling, clean, and comfortable seating make this very spacious school tuckshop, now a modern coffee shop, a great spot. It offers Chinese Zi Char, Western variety, and Korean hotpot (formerly from Changi Village), located right next to My First Skool. Ample free parking is also available within the compound.

Loved this atas coffee shop or tuck shop. It brought us back to school day vibes. FREE parking, and food-wise, no complaints. We met a friendly boss. Looking forward to an official pet-friendly license still. We'll be back soon for sure. Thank you!

The former primary school canteen has been converted into a "kopitiam" that is now open to the public. It was relatively cooling inside, with nice tables and seats. I tried the Korean stall, which had a surprising menu filled with local Korean snacks and dishes such as tteok-bokki, pancake, namyeong, bibimbap, tofu stew, and BBQ. The chicken tofu stew was tasty and comforting, with generous ingredients for the price. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit salty for me. The kimchi was on the softer and sweeter side, and I had to skip the sugar-coated anchovies as they were too sweet.

Great food at good prices. Situated in the old Loyang Primary School, it has an old-school vibe.
