Worst pretzel I have ever eaten. The texture, size, and taste are just wrong compared to the classic pretzel in the US. The crust is not there, and the dough is as hard as a tire. It tasted rather odd as well. The butter drenching only made it worse.

Had a very bad experience at this outlet. I was queuing up at the side, just as before the shop was going for renovation. Then, a foreign family created a new line from another direction, clearly blocking other people walking through and cutting the queue. The store manager CHOSE to let the foreigners go first and serve them, agreeing that they were queuing at the correct spot. Later, when my father stepped in and scolded the outlet manager, he FINALLY admitted that the queue line was originally at the CORRECT spot I was standing. This clearly gave them face and stroked their egos, making them think they could do as they pleased in Singapore.
I WILL NEVER buy from this outlet ever again and I remember the two staff members that day. For GOD's sake, put up a HUGE BLOODY Q-SIGN and some RETRACTABLE QUEUE POLE STANDS so customers know WHERE TO QUEUE UP PROPERLY!!!
The store manager and cashier at the time were so brain dead, clearly not knowing how to take charge of ensuring people queued at the right spot to prevent blocking other businesses and those wanting to head to the toilet, as the pathway is near there.
For those reading this, be careful when going to this outlet to avoid unnecessary problems. I'm not the first person having bad experiences here; there are other stories you can find in the forums online.

A staff member in a red polo uniform was not wearing a mask for many hours, despite working in the F&B industry. This was not the first time. I've noticed her multiple times at the Vivo outlet, and it was always the same employee. If no action is taken by the company, the SFA will be informed.
