Very disappointed to receive almond bites prepared quite some time ago. Nothing against Auntie Anne's, but the bites weren’t fresh or warm anymore at purchase. Awful.

Apparently the shop opens at 11:30 am in Waterway Point. I saw the shop was open and the pretzels were ready, but I was unable to buy any as the staff told me the opening time was 11:30 am. The webpage states 11 am; perhaps the webpage can be updated to better reflect the correct opening hours.

The cashier system was not working. The staff did not inform customers in the queue, making us stand and wait like idiots. I went over to Polar and got better, cheaper food in under 30 seconds.

Horrible customer service. I asked to redeem my membership free pretzel and an original stix with extra salt. The cashier ended up telling me to pay the wrong amount, and my stix barely had any salt. The free pretzel also wasn't redeemed because I 'paid' already. The manager/another colleague just told me to come back another time or buy ANOTHER pretzel to redeem. It was a waste of time to order from here.

Bought the original pretzel but it was severely undercooked. It was pale yellow and had a floury taste instead of the usual caramel brown. I had to go home and bake it again to make it palatable.

Fortunate Heart
The slightly elderly Singaporean Chinese Auntie cashier, perhaps in her early fifties, has a nice character. She asked me how my day was. When I said it wasn't that great, she remarked that it meant it was going to get luckier. She offers outstanding and fast service. Unfortunately, the staff have all been replaced by robotic, slow, and genuinely unfriendly young staff here and at Northpoint. Somebody's app payment was delayed, and the staff held up the line for a whole 20 minutes, looking super unfriendly. XO

I was here around 7:40 pm today and used the 1-for-1 app promo. I had some trouble claiming the pretzel, but thankfully the staff at the cashier was very patient in guiding me through and was helpful. Thank you so much. The pretzels were fresh and good too.
