BatterCatch is Singapore's premier MUIS halal-certified British-style fish and chips restaurant chain, operated by Minor Food Singapore — the same group behind Din Tai Fung and ThaiExpress. The beach-themed casual dining concept brings authentic British chippie culture to Singapore with a modern twist, featuring light golden battered fish, chunky fries, and traditional accompaniments like mushy peas, tartar sauce, and brown sauce. Since opening its VivoCity flagship in mid-2024, BatterCatch has rapidly expanded to six outlets across Singapore, making it the go-to destination for halal fish and chips.

The menu centres on their "Ever Classic" fish and chips range, offering five fish varieties at different price points. The Barramundi Fish & Chips ($19.90) is the most popular choice — a thick-cut fillet with firm flesh that flakes cleanly under a light, crispy batter. The Haddock Fish & Chips ($18.90) delivers an authentic British taste praised by UK-based diners, while the budget-friendly Dory Fish & Chips ($13.90) and premium Halibut Fish & Chips ($22.90) cater to different budgets. Each serving comes with fries and three signature dipping sauces: tartar, brown sauce, and curry sauce, plus mushy peas and lemon.

Beyond fish and chips, BatterCatch offers "The Main Act" dishes including Pan Seared Fish Fillet, Sirloin Steak, and Fisherman's Pie. Small plates like Salted Egg Prawns and Tempura Calamari bring local-fusion appeal, while sides such as Truffle Fries, Cheesy Chicken Mac & Cheese, and Crispy Parmesan Corn Rib complement the mains.
