The male staff here have no standards! I can accept a price increase, but the item quality is compromised! They told me there wasn't enough soba, yet they still charged me the extra and didn't substitute anything else. In the end, the bowl wasn't even full, and I was charged $19! It's really stupid of the staff to tell me he didn't set the price. I can understand that, but when your item is incomplete, how can you not replace it and still charge me full price! This is the last time I buy from this outlet! I used to be a regular here! See the empty space in the background, the spectacled guy cheated me! And he kept insisting I chose soba! He really needs some staff training! I hate to say this, but his explanation was really STUPID!

This is the third time I've ordered delivery from them and been shortchanged on the poke. It's supposed to be 150g + 50g, but I only received 150g. The staff seem poorly trained and inconsistent. Other times, I've been shortchanged on the poke or the toppings. When you choose only one side for the same price as having up to seven different sides, you expect a bigger portion of that one side, but that's not the case. The food itself is great, but their shortchanging is really frustrating, especially when it happens to customers ordering delivery.

Ordered from this outlet through Foodpanda. Saw their promotion and decided to get the 150g of salmon. Worst decision ever. I love salmon, especially sashimi, but this ruined it for me. The salmon was not fresh at all, it seemed totally expired. I separated the fish for Foodpanda to collect and check themselves, as they rejected my refund request. Total waste of money, almost $30 burned. I will give them a thumbs up for their broth, though. It was the only thing I was able to eat.

The service crew member just stood there listening to music and playing with her phone while her colleague was attending to other customers. She ignored me despite me reaching out to her. She saw me at the counter and just continued with her phone.
I hope management reviews this. This is my first time in my life leaving a bad review.
I understand if you have something urgent to attend to during work hours; it would be helpful to communicate or acknowledge it in any way.
The service crew member who helped with my order was really helpful and professional. Thank you!
Update: No follow-up despite giving my contact details. I guess the reply from the owner is just for show.
