He snapped at me, claiming he couldn't hear my order, mumbled throughout our interaction, and gave me a very small portion size compared to all the other outlets I've frequented. I was the only customer in the store, so I don't know why he was so impatient and rude. Extremely disappointing experience. After reaching out to Poke Theory on IG DMs as they requested, they only replied after more than a week and then ghosted my next message. Still unresolved, very poor customer recovery...

Added 2 x 50g (salmon and tuna) for 1 bowl and 1 x 50g (salmon) for the other bowl. At a total cost
Added 2 x 50g (salmon and tuna) for one bowl and 1 x 50g (salmon) for the other. This cost an extra $12 in total.
When we opened the box a couple of hours later, we realized we had been scammed. The amount of fish was measly, and the tuna was also missing. We order from Poke Theory quite often and know what 100g + 100g should look like. We also regularly weigh our protein to track our macros. It was obvious the kitchen did not give us the top-ups.
We ordered online and did self-collection, where you cannot see the server scoop and weigh the fish yourself.
Therefore, do not order from this outlet again if you don't want to be cheated. We spent $44 and ended up cooking some extra chicken breasts on our own to meet our macros. We will never buy from this outlet again.

As a regular, I've noticed this place suffering from shrinkflation. The prices have shot up, but the serving sizes, especially the salmon/tuna portions, keep going down. I remember back when the prices were still $9-$12, the portions were really generous.
Please don't be so calculative with the portions. A few months ago, I ordered a takeaway, and the staff member was really focused on the weighing scale, removing any excess salmon. I paid close to $20 for that, and there's no harm in having a few more grams! But worst still was when I ordered via delivery a few days back. I paid around $25, and the portion was truly pathetic.
This really doesn't look like a $25 dish. Not only the salmon, but even the side vegetables and rice portions are getting worse. I swear even the bowls are getting smaller.
