I've been a loyal customer of Poke Theory too, but the last time I visited, they were all packed up and cleaned by 9:52 PM, even though the closing time is 10 PM.
I believe if you state the closing time as 10 PM, you should only close the shop at 10 PM, and not 10 minutes before.

I've been a loyal supporter of Poke Theory for years, but my recent experience at the Woodlands outlet was extremely disappointing. I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes, clearly visible to the staff, yet no one acknowledged my presence or even offered a simple "please wait a moment." I understand they may have been busy, but basic customer service, such as a quick acknowledgment, goes a long way.
This level of service is unacceptable, and unfortunately, it has left such a bad impression that I will not be returning to this outlet. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.

I came here around 8:00 p.m. and noticed there were still many condiments and protein options left at this hour. I ordered the regular poke bowl and chose salmon and tuna as my two proteins. However, I found the portions to be insufficient, even though a weighing scale is used. I'm doubtful of the amount of fish I was given, as I've visited other Poke Theory locations where they served slightly more than what I received today.
The portions of the seven sides were inconsistent, especially for items that were running low. For example, I was given quite a lot of pickled relish, but for sides with less stock, like the egg white, I received only a small portion. Since the sides are not weighed, I questioned the portion size regulation—it seemed like more was given for items that had more in stock. I also wanted charred broccoli, but I was surprised to receive only two tiny pieces, which didn’t feel worth it.
The sauces were refillable and free, which I enjoyed, but they were almost empty, making it difficult to get any out. I’m not sure if this was because of the time I came or if they were getting ready to close, but it was inconvenient, especially since I was there for dinner.
Despite these issues, the staff were very friendly and smiled throughout. They seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of orders and walk-in customers, but they maintained a positive attitude.

Feels bad for the staff as the outlet is evidently understaffed (might be due to the Grab Dineout promo on Tuesdays). Sauce spilled all over the floor and table, but the staff had no time to clear or refill. I also found plastic in my salad.
