The staff wasn't friendly and seemed slightly impatient. This outlet doesn't have all the toppings (e.g., pumpkin, sweet corn). The staff were very surprised to learn that pumpkin and sweet corn are on the menu and offered at other outlets. Additionally, the serving size for toppings is smaller at this outlet.

It gets packed during lunchtime. The food is consistent with other outlets I've visited. The Malay lady serving was very sweet, though the male staff wasn't the friendliest. My meal was overcharged, and the cashier was defensive and offered no apology. I would take my money elsewhere for casual dining next time.

The food arrived like this from Foodpanda. Okay, maybe it's because the driver was riding and there were many bumps, but I feel the food looks kind of stale and the avocado is sour! Actually, after seeing the review, I regretted ordering, but it was already on its way. That whole chunk tasted sour.

Ordered a large poke bowl and unfortunately, the sushi rice was undercooked. It ruined my whole dinner. Too bad, because the rice is important, right? But the other ingredients were nice.

I would like to know, WHO is managing the quality control of these outlets?! I had the saddest looking poke bowl (OG salmon) in my entire life. While I could deal with the $15.90 bowl of mess, I could not accept the service attitude of their staff, especially one of their senior male staff. He was uninterested, utterly rude, and unprofessional. Reading comments from others, it seems the only constant at the Tanglin Mall outlet is their serious lack of basic service attitude: no smiles, no greetings, no thank you. My poke bowl looked like it went through a hurricane because they messed up my order and haphazardly transferred the contents to a new bowl. Visit this outlet if you want to start your day with negative energy. Otherwise, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

When we moved to Singapore, we had a serviced apartment near Bugis, and Poke Theory was a weekly affair! We loved it. We went back two days ago, and the food is still great. However, I think the number of vegetarian toppings has reduced? I'm not sure. It's a good place for a quick lunch.

A decent salad bowl with a variety of proteins to choose from. The raw salmon and tuna come in different marinades like shoyu, avocado, etc. They weigh the food, so portions are quite standard and consistent. Toppings such as roasted pumpkin, sweet mashed potatoes, corn, tomatoes, and cucumbers are available. Many sauces are also available at the DIY station. Ample seating means you can usually find a spot even during lunch hours. Able to get 10% off with Anytime Fitness Purple Perks. Just show the app or key fob.

Was served by Fha and Emma! They were the two most pleasant staff I've ever met at Poke Theory! They made a long day after work so much better with a big, beautiful bowl of salmon mentaiko and an even bigger smile on my face because of them! (Update) Went back again for the awesome service and food! This time, I was pleasantly greeted by Fha and Mas! Absolutely the best Poke Theory in SG, hands down.

Fabulous poke! They have very fresh and great quality ingredients. Enjoyed the chunky, juicy, and well-marinated salmon. Soooo yummy! I even packed two poke bowls for my sons, and they thoroughly enjoyed them! Tried their kale juice too; it was very refreshing! The service crew are friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back for more pokes!

Poke Theory is the bomb! However, due to miscommunication, I did not receive my roasted pumpkin even though I listed everything out. I chose pomegranate and even paid an extra dollar for it, making it just 4 toppings. If my pumpkin was missed out, the pomegranate should have at least been free. Is there any way I can get 2 portions of roasted pumpkin on my next visit? How can I give you my contact?
