It gets packed during lunchtime. The food is consistent with other outlets I've visited. The Malay lady serving was very sweet, though the male staff wasn't the friendliest. My meal was overcharged, and the cashier was defensive and offered no apology. I would take my money elsewhere for casual dining next time.

This is my favourite pokebowl so far, and I swore to myself I would return as a regular customer. But, things happened with me. Today, I had my dinner here at Novena. The female staff threw away my tray after I put it in the wrong place after finishing my meal and yelled at me. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and hard to forgive. No more for me. I will never return to this restaurant or any of its franchises. I believe I can find a nice pokebowl somewhere else across SG. Please fix the staff's attitude for the sake of other customers.

I went during off-peak hours, so there was no queue and plenty of seats available. The food was consistent with other Poke Theory outlets and tasted fresh. The ramen egg was a bit salty, but every other ingredient was decent. The portion size was also very reasonable for a light bowl.

I placed an order with one of the food delivery apps and was surprised that the food was delivered swiftly, bearing in mind that I wasn’t near the location.
Other than the delivery service, the team at the outlet deserves commendation for their speedy service! The food was also packed well into the containers, so it arrived in good condition!
Food quality-wise, the poke was fresh when it reached me. I love their sauces and the kale chips, which are seasoned really well.

The sesame ginger chicken was so good. It's a fuss-free place for a quick bite, with quick and friendly service. The ingredients were fresh and there were a lot of varieties. I just wish the protein pieces were in bigger cubes for a better bite feel.

Lovely atmosphere. The service was a bit slow, I'd say it was because they were fully seated at lunchtime. The food was brilliant, and the cakes and desserts are fabulous.

Absolutely fantastic healthy food that tastes so good! It will fill you up too. Love the mentaiko mayo sauce. Will continue to support.
In the food pyramid, fruits and vegetables form the base. So how could we not have something healthy yet delicious? Introducing Pokebowl. No, this stall has nothing to do with Pokémon. Pokebowl sells a healthy variety of food, and taste-wise, it's good enough for a meat lover like me.
Whenever I place my orders, I first order a large bowl with Japanese rice, then choose my protein. I normally order mentaiko salmon. Yum. Then there are many types of vegetables to choose from. Personally, I like the seaweed, corn, cherry tomatoes, and the sweet pineapple. I will also add $1 for avocado. Shiok. Don't forget to request sauces; my favorite being mentaiko.
It may cost a bit, but it's worth it. I love it a lot, and knowing it's healthy, I'd be happy to say yes, we can eat this often.
