The staff wasn't friendly and seemed slightly impatient. This outlet doesn't have all the toppings (e.g., pumpkin, sweet corn). The staff were very surprised to learn that pumpkin and sweet corn are on the menu and offered at other outlets. Additionally, the serving size for toppings is smaller at this outlet.

1. Flies were observed inside the glass where food is stored. This is alarming, especially with uncooked food like salads and sashimi. 2. Left with only scraps of Salmon and Tuna. While it was a weekday lunch, the replenishment of food should be more prompt. 3. Staff was stingy with the scoops. I counted only 5 tiny cubes of Salmon. When I pointed this out, they brushed me off. Overall, the service was poor. The staff seemed to be just going through the motions, with no attempt at customer recovery, even after I pointed out the issue with the flies. I will not be returning.

Ordered their light bowl ($11.90 nett). Base: Sushi rice Poke: Avocado miso salmon Toppings: broccoli, wakame, salsa corn, tomatoes, pumpkin Crunch: furikake Everything was good except the sushi rice. It was undercooked and hard, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. All the toppings went well together, but I enjoyed the salsa corn and pickled wakame the most. They added a little spice and made the meal more enjoyable. I would recommend these two toppings.

The staff was patient as I was quite indecisive about the choices. Luckily, there was no queue behind me. The food portions were good, though a bit pricey. Two female staff started cleaning the floor while I was still having my meal. This was near 3 pm, and there were only two customers left in the shop. I'm not sure why they were so eager to clean up, as the shop is supposed to close at 7 pm. So, I left earlier rather than enjoy my food.

When we moved to Singapore, we had a serviced apartment near Bugis, and Poke Theory was a weekly affair! We loved it. We went back two days ago, and the food is still great. However, I think the number of vegetarian toppings has reduced? I'm not sure. It's a good place for a quick lunch.

There's a discount if you use Grab Dine-In to pay for your meal! In my opinion, the regular size is already very filling! The sauces they provide always hit the spot! The service was great; not overly friendly, which is perfect for introverts, but the staff were nice. The playlist they were playing was good too. Not too many people when I came to dine at about 3 pm on a weekday. The atmosphere is very dark towards the inside, but they do have outdoor seating if you want more light!

It's always a joy to eat their salad and acai bowls. I've never been disappointed and I actually wish they would open more outlets in the heartlands. I'm satisfied with the amount and portion. They are fresh and tasty! Just enough for lunch or dinner without feeling sluggish. I also love their spicy garlic sauce... yummy!

One of the quieter outlets, so I enjoy coming here when I’m in a rush. They have ShopBack QR, which helps to save some money in the long run too. The staff here are usually patient and kind. I consistently enjoy my experience here :)
