Had an unpleasant experience today with this outlet. I bought a takeout order of a Double Whopper and a Single Turkey Bacon set with fries and coke. My order was ready for pickup after a few minutes. Upon checking the package, I noticed my Double Whopper was missing. I informed the female service crew member, who was wearing glasses, about it. She replied rather rudely, "That's what you ordered!" I showed her my receipt, and after checking, she asked the crew inside for another Whopper. They picked one up from the service area and bagged it for me. The manager came, checked, and confirmed my order was correct. There were no apologies. When I got home and opened my Whopper, I realized it was a Single Whopper that had been given to me.
I paid for incorrectly produced food and still had to endure rude service due to others' negligence.
Please train your staff in service etiquette and ensure order correctness, especially if you want to survive/excel in this difficult and challenging food industry.

19 Oct'23: Sadly, the standard at this outlet has dropped drastically after the usual Malay staff are no longer working here. The burger was either not warm/hot or too hot. I ordered a cup of Heaven & Earth green tea without ice, and the drink was diluted. I went to the counter to inform the Chinese lady, and she looked at me and replied, "Yah." What 'Yah'?! I asked her to replace it with a new cup as the drink should not be diluted at all, to which she reluctantly complied. I took a sip immediately and sadly, it was still diluted. I informed her about it so she could probably get the machine serviced or something, but all I got from her next was "Orh," and she didn't do anything about it, still using the diluted machine to serve other patrons. Won't be patronizing here again.
11 months ago: Best outlet to enjoy Burger King by far. The Malay staff working in this outlet always prepare your meal with heart. The burgers (very neatly packed), onion rings, and French fries are always so good. Will only patronize this outlet whenever I want to have Burger King in the future.

The Burger King at Marina Square is another excellent location for meeting up with friends, as there are plenty of seats available. For the Plant-Based Whopper, vegans can choose to omit the mayonnaise, and religious vegans/vegetarians can opt not to have onions and mayonnaise.

I ordered the Double Whopper with Cheese meal, and it was freshly prepared and juicy, just the way a good Whopper should be. The fries were crisp and well-salted, and the Coke was chilled perfectly. I also tried their Onion Rings, which were crunchy and flavorful.
Service was fast despite the crowd, and the staff were polite and efficient. The outlet had self-ordering kiosks, which made the process smooth and time-saving. It's great for a quick lunch break or casual dinner when you're craving something familiar and satisfying.
The only downside was that seating can get a bit tight during peak hours, and the air-conditioning wasn’t super strong, so it could feel slightly stuffy when it's packed.
Would definitely recommend for a fast food fix in the heart of the city.
