Your chicken rice is also not nice. $3.80 for a thin slice of chicken when you've already roasted so much, what are you worried about? Very disappointing. I hope the management looks into this. I am dissatisfied and disappointed to pay this amount for this amount of chicken but a huge amount of rice.

I am a pregnant lady who visited the shop today and was scolded unethically. I have been buying porridge takeout at least 2-3 times a week, and the price has consistently been $3.70. They recently increased it by $0.10, so I accidentally transferred $3.70 instead of $3.80. I apologized for my mistake and paid the additional $0.10, but they said my money was not accepted. They insisted I make another transaction for the exact amount of $3.80.
After explaining that their solution was not practical, they removed the chilli packet I had requested. They claimed porridge does not come with chilli. I mentioned that I buy it every week and have always received chilli. The auntie then scolded me, saying, "Don't lie, if you came here every time, I would recognize you."
You are an old and forgetful auntie. Both you and the uncle seem to have anger and mental issues.

If someone is trying to place an order, you should listen to them, not shout. I tried to explain this, but the uncle was just being rude.
Never going there again and won't suggest anyone to go there at all.
