Food
Ordered the Jewel set. I was only given one chicken cutlet and egg. Where are the other items? (See picture) Food is always slow. Short-staffed as always.

Ordered nasi lemak with chicken wing directly from the shop at Waterway Point shopping mall for $6.30. The nasi lemak sauce was a bit too sweet, making the overall dish too sweet. The chicken was okay but not wow. The cucumber was not edible. Overall, it was acceptable, but I won't order there again. Not a good nasi lemak in Singapore; I've tried better elsewhere.

Fake “24 Hours” – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am writing this review because my recent visit to Crave Nasi Lemak (Waterway Point) left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
I specifically went to the outlet to buy takeaway, only to be told that the shop was already “closed.” What shocked me was that there was still plenty of food clearly displayed at the counter, which means they could have easily served me. Instead of attending to customers, the staff was busy playing on their phone and completely ignored me. This is not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful to paying customers.
What makes this even worse is the false advertising. The signage and promotion at this outlet clearly state “24 HOURS”, yet when I went, I was refused service. If the outlet cannot operate 24 hours, then do not advertise it as such. This is misleading, dishonest, and shows a lack of integrity. Customers make the effort to travel here because they believe in the information provided, only to end up disappointed and wasting their time.
For a well-known brand like Crave, I expected at least honesty and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, what I experienced instead was:
• False advertising – claiming to be open 24 hours but closing whenever they wish.
• Terrible service – staff too lazy to serve and more interested in their phone.
• No responsibility – no explanation, no apology, just indifference.
This kind of behavior damages customer trust and tarnishes the brand’s reputation. Customers do not demand perfection, but we do expect consistency, respect, and truthfulness. If you claim to operate 24 hours, then honor that commitment. If you cannot, then be honest and update your hours.
I am certain I am not the only one who has faced this problem. If Crave continues to ignore it, more customers will feel cheated and lose faith in your brand.
As someone who trusted and supported this brand before, I strongly urge the management to take immediate action:
1. Fix the misleading “24 Hours” claim and stop deceiving customers.
2. Train your staff properly so they at least show basic professionalism.
3. Respect customers’ time and trust, because once that is lost, your brand will never recover.
If nothing changes, Crave will continue to lose customers like me who will never return.

Pretty bad experience today. Standing in front of the cashier with three staff members inside, making me wait more than 15 minutes before I got my food. Not sure what the issue was there.
