6 Aug 2025. We were there for their breakfast at about 9:15 AM. The single floor staff member manning the place said all tables were occupied and told us to wait. Noticing that their breakfast hours end at 10:30 AM, I suggested we could join other diners with spare seats. It was only then that she went to separate two tables occupied by a single diner. I was quite surprised she didn't offer this proactively.
The century egg porridge was already empty at this moment, so I started with their pumpkin porridge. It had a sweet taste which I didn't like. The other dish available was the golden crispy beans, which was essentially kachap puteh Chinese style with a layer of sugar enhancement.
The century egg porridge was refilled in about ten minutes. It was savoury, and you could get bits of century eggs and meats in it. This was the star of the unlimited breakfast.
I asked the lady staff where the homemade side dishes were and was told there were none today due to no stock. I considered this a serious breach of contract, given that their breakfast menu had only a few items.
Beverages available included hot or cold soya bean milk and a hot misty tea. The soya bean milk was quite sweet.
By about 10:10 AM, both porridges were empty and no refills were made. There was also little soya bean milk left, and the staff transferred it out into cups.
The unlimited breakfast is priced at 3 SGD, which can be considered reasonable. However, if the cost of two-way transportation to this secluded mall was included, it might not be so reasonable anymore.
The place itself was quite impressive, with well-thought-out designs to optimise operations. We didn't know tissues were available at first until I noticed the drawers on each table. Toothpicks were also available.
The walls were well decorated, one with three joined TV screens for their ads and another with decorative shutters.
Utensils appeared to be placed under UV lighting for sterilisation, although I wondered if such lights are harmful to the naked eye.
My rating reflects the absence of homemade side dishes and the inflexibility in not creating more seating unless prompted. Overall, you could try them out if you are in the area. I am not sure if this breakfast is available in other outlets.
Edit: The process of filling up the form and reaching out to you for a reply felt like lip service. I was skeptical and only did it some days later, and indeed, no one reached out to me. Reduced rating by one more star.

A PRC-styled fast food economy rice place. Order and pay via QR code, and your food will arrive in 10 minutes. Understaffed, hence hygiene is slightly compromised. Food is hot when served but leans towards the salty side. You have to return your food tray once you complete your meal. Good for takeaway. Will not return.

This was my first and last time at Delibowl. I went with colleagues for lunch and ordered the honey chicken with ice lemon tea. When it was my turn to collect my order, I went to take half a bowl of rice and sides. After I sat down, a lady walked over and loudly exclaimed that the rice and complimentary sides required payment. I replied that the menu board stated unlimited rice refills and complimentary sides, but never mentioned a price. Nevertheless, I paid for the rice.
The honey chicken was very, very dry, and the lemon tea was full of ice and diluted. The rice was mushy and not worth paying $1.50 for. In the end, I didn't even finish my meal.
I felt deceived by the poor advertisement, which did not clearly state the price. I didn't even use the napkins and toothpicks from the table drawer, as I didn't want to be embarrassed again since no prices were stated. I will never step into Delibowl again.

I was asked to sit down and place a mobile order. So I did and paid by card. Immediately, I asked the staff to top up $5.80 for a drink and rice. However, I was rejected because I had to order them together just a minute ago. I couldn't add to the order immediately after paying? Since I couldn't add to the order, I was told to purchase the rice and drink separately. I was okay with that. The lady asked for my HP number as I am a member for 2x rice and 1x ice lemon tea at $4.50, but I was charged $6.50. I asked this lady, Xueling, why there was a $2 difference. She told me she heard I didn't want the member price?! Then why did she ask for my HP for member pricing in the first place? Her attitude was very bad. She gave me back $2 cash, knowing she was wrong. Very disappointed and dishonest shop.
Food was served very fast, less than 3 minutes. Anyway, I told one of the ladies the soup was not hot when served... Nothing was done. The lady Xueling gave attitude looks. Not recommended. Really not happy eating here.

A delicious and well-balanced Chinese meal! The fish soup was rich and flavorful, the stir-fried beef and tofu dishes were savory, and the steamed egg with shrimp was smooth and comforting. There was a great variety, generous portions, and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommended!

The food is good, though a bit on the salty side. You order via QR code on the table and collect your food when your table number appears on the screen. The prices are reasonable. Service is minimal as everything is self-service.

Excellent Hunan cuisine in a neighbourhood mall. Although Halal, the taste is very nice. Their Grilled Prawns with Vermicelli and minced Garlic is very good, but the ice lemon tea is the best. It's quite crowded during dinner.

Overall a comfortable place to dine in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food tastes mediocre in my opinion (might be due to high expectations from their 'satisfaction guaranteed - return or exchange' propaganda), but it's fine considering its price point. Their steamed rice is nice and fluffy, with unlimited free refills. There are complimentary sides for you to get (pickled vegetables and fried beans). Food is served swiftly; you have to collect it yourself as it's a self-service restaurant. I also received a peach gum dessert as a reward for leaving a Google review.
