Terrible experience with the girl at the counter. Rude attitude and rude service. I asked if there were any promotions, but she didn't say anything. After I purchased $22 worth of items, she passed me coupons that I could definitely have used. She kept asking me, 'Anything else? Anything else?' They've also changed their packaging, now using more atas materials. I miss the aunty who was at the cashier previously. Aunty had very nice service and attitude. This girl was really jialat.

I had a redemption for a waffle, but the staff informed me there was no stock on that day (Sunday, 1 June 2024). I had to travel 15 minutes to Hougang 1, so I asked if I could replace it with other items. The staff simply said it couldn't be done and asked me to try redeeming it another day. I explained that it was expiring in a few days and I was unlikely to make another trip to Hougang 1 in the next few days. She just told me to try another outlet and suggested going to Nex instead.
To be fair to her, she was simply following the rules. But I guess that's the mentality of an unempowered staff, which I find inflexible.
And to be fair to the company, I do think their desserts are pretty decent. Hence, I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
But I will not be back at this branch.

Operated by Mr Bean, Do Qoo is like a nine fresh concept. I got the taroly option which consists of soy pudding and grass jelly as the base, with aloe vera, taro jelly, and taro balls as toppings. I opted out of the soy cream.
The soy pudding is lao ban type, and isn’t the same as beancurd. I wished it was the latter. Overall, it wasn't too sweet. A filling and refreshing dessert for $4.80.
