Terrible experience with the girl at the counter. Rude attitude and rude service. I asked if there were any promotions, but she didn't say anything. After I purchased $22 worth of items, she passed me coupons that I could definitely have used. She kept asking me, 'Anything else? Anything else?' They've also changed their packaging, now using more atas materials. I miss the aunty who was at the cashier previously. Aunty had very nice service and attitude. This girl was really jialat.

Staff were not efficient and did not know how to prioritise orders. They finished making my order but made me wait while they served three other people before passing me my items.

I had a redemption for a waffle, but the staff informed me there was no stock on that day (Sunday, 1 June 2024). I had to travel 15 minutes to Hougang 1, so I asked if I could replace it with other items. The staff simply said it couldn't be done and asked me to try redeeming it another day. I explained that it was expiring in a few days and I was unlikely to make another trip to Hougang 1 in the next few days. She just told me to try another outlet and suggested going to Nex instead.
To be fair to her, she was simply following the rules. But I guess that's the mentality of an unempowered staff, which I find inflexible.
And to be fair to the company, I do think their desserts are pretty decent. Hence, I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
But I will not be back at this branch.

I went to this outlet to get the Belgian waffle with mochi and taro, only to be turned away as they don't sell waffles after 8:30 pm. I would have appreciated a heads-up or a sign, as there was a queue before me too. Disappointed!
