I would like to give my feedback regarding Canberra Plaza. I think they only work as partners. Most of the time, I see them on Saturdays or Sundays. These two service crew members have very long fringes, and they did not do anything with them; they just let them down and cover their faces. This is very unhygienic. I hope DO QOO can take some action regarding this matter. Thanks.

The cashier seemed more focused on chatting with others than assisting customers. The DoQoo and Mr. Bean cashiers are situated next to each other. Initially, I approached the correct cashier to order a Rice Ball with black sesame paste. However, without checking, the DoQoo cashier directed me to the Mr. Bean cashier instead. I didn’t realize both different brands sell rice balls, but one comes with soy milk and the other with sesame paste. As a result, I ended up ordering the wrong product and paid for it. After realizing I had mistakenly purchased the wrong rice ball, I wanted the one with black sesame paste. In the end, I had to buy another bowl of rice balls with black sesame paste. The cashier was not paying attention to what the customer wanted.

Terrible experience with the girl at the counter. Rude attitude and rude service. I asked if there were any promotions, but she didn't say anything. After I purchased $22 worth of items, she passed me coupons that I could definitely have used. She kept asking me, 'Anything else? Anything else?' They've also changed their packaging, now using more atas materials. I miss the aunty who was at the cashier previously. Aunty had very nice service and attitude. This girl was really jialat.

As of today, 15/05/2025, 8:40 PM: A young staff member was preparing my dessert. At the end, he used his hand to remove a portion of Aiyu jelly that had spilled out of the cup and placed it into the dessert bowl right in front of him. I did tell him not to do this in front of customers. He then proceeded to remove that part using a spoon, but it was already done. I had expected him to redo it with a fresh portion, but he didn't, and I was too tired to make a fuss. At this moment, I'm just wondering about the cleanliness of your back-end food and ingredient handling, especially since I noticed many young part-timers working here. I hope your store will be more stringent with hygiene.

Really disappointed with the staff's attitude. The girl wearing glasses with darker skin tone raised her voice. It's not like sugar syrup was added to the food, but how was I supposed to know your shop didn't have the option for sugar syrup? When the food came, everything was sweet. She also raised her voice again to ask, "How will you make your payment?"

Tried this new halal dessert place called Do Qoo (from the same folks behind Mr Bean) and I've deeply fallen in love with their Belgian Waffles!
If you enjoy Taiwanese-inspired desserts, you need to try this out. Pick your favourite base: grass jelly, soy pudding, or aiyu jelly and top it off with all kinds of fancy toppings.
You can also enjoy the usual beancurd with rice balls, pancakes, even cup corn, but please, please, please try their Belgian waffles and ADD MOCHI!

Grab food order in, dessert tastes great! I had the Aiyu Jelly brown sugar osmanthus, which was delicious. I think they tried their best to seal it as tightly as possible to prevent syrup spilling, and packed it separately into smaller bags, but some syrup still leaked out.
