At 6:30 PM, I ordered a Grab food pickup, with an estimated pickup time of 6:37 PM. The Indian lady seemed rushed and had very little patience when speaking to customers and asking for payment. I observed her throwing food onto the table. I strongly believe this is not how you should clear a long queue, nor is it the attitude you should show to customers who are paying you to buy their food. Without us, they wouldn't even be getting paid.
Back to my issue. I told her my Grab number, GF 054T. She told me to wait and then pushed me to the auntie beside her, continuously blaming her for being slow. I saw my order was ready, but she refused to let me take it, making me wait for 15 minutes. In the end, she tried to pass me another order that didn't belong to me. I told her, showed her, and clearly stated that I had given her my number, which she saw, yet she refused to let me take my order and asked me to wait. I don't think this is how these two staff members should be working together or how they should treat their customers. I noticed some customers leaving unhappy after paying.
No apology was given when she kept me waiting and tried to give me the wrong order.

Not sure if the boss checks the reviews, but all the bad comments about the staff and she still survives.
