Yes, there are some value meals at $3.50 (with terms and conditions). However, at the same time, there is also ridiculous pricing at some of the stalls. For example, at the nasi padang stall, I was charged a shocking $7.40 for 2 vegetables and 1 popcorn chicken (I thought it would be priced cheaper since it's processed food). This is a public hospital frequented by ordinary Singaporeans (visiting ill patients) and healthcare workers (not everyone is highly paid). Could Koufu / stallholders / SGH have some decency in at least ensuring prices are not overboard? We are not pleading for subsidies; we are merely requesting fair pricing for the common man. Greedy landlords need to be stopped!
