The chicken is alright, but in general, I don't really like chicken prepared this way. The sauce on the outside of the chicken is nice, but the chicken itself has no flavour or depth in taste. It probably helps the company cut costs by preparing the chicken in this manner, but in reality, it's still not exactly cheap for consumers. There's a promotion of 12 chicken wings for $10, but it's actually 6 chicken wings; they just count the drumlet and midjoint separately.

Ordered takeaway, but unfortunately the 6pcs boneless chicken came with only 5 pcs. The order also missed out the drinks. Partially our fault as we didn't check it on the spot, but hope the kitchen can check the food and order quantity before sending it out for pickup. The food is tasty overall.

Soy chicken wings were nice, not overly salty.
Parmesan chicken wings were disappointing, as it was just plain fried chicken with insufficient Parmesan powder sprinkled over. The chicken meat lacked marination taste and relied heavily on the exterior seasoning.
I would only recommend the soy chicken wings, though the portion size is much smaller compared to when the business first started in Singapore's Bugis Village.
This would probably be my last visit to this brand, even with promotions.

My friend and I dined in today around 1:45 PM. My friend provided feedback regarding cleanliness and the Chinese manager, but I assume the post has since been deleted internally. The table was not clean. The manager at the counter, a Chinese male, was on his phone from around 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM, for about 15 minutes straight. He didn't bother to walk around or check if the dining area was clean. The rubbish bin was also overflowing. Overall, it showed a lack of attention to cleanliness and customer experience.

I did not enjoy the chicken all that much, but perhaps the chicken wings would have been a better option. The fries were cold and needed more salt.
