Jinjja Chicken has established itself as Singapore's premier halal-certified Korean fried chicken destination, bringing authentic Korean flavors to the Muslim community through its fast-casual dining concept that launched in Bugis Village in 2016. This pioneering restaurant has successfully expanded across Singapore with outlets at major shopping centers including Bugis Plus, Jewel Changi Airport, NEX, Westgate, Northpoint City, and Sengkang Grand Mall, making Korean fried chicken accessible to halal diners throughout the island.
The restaurant specializes in Korean fried chicken with three signature flavor profiles: Soy Garlic for those seeking traditional Korean taste, Yangnyeom offering sweet and spicy notes, and Monster providing extra spicy heat for adventurous palates. Beyond their famous fried chicken, the menu features Korean classics including colorful Bibimbap rice bowls topped with vegetables and gochujang sauce, Kimchi Fried Rice, K-Pop Chicken in bite-sized boneless portions, and traditional Korean noodles that showcase the depth of Korean cuisine.
The vibrant restaurant atmosphere features funky decor and K-pop videos that transport diners to the energetic streets of South Korea, while their commitment to halal certification ensures authenticity without compromise. Available through major delivery platforms and offering student deals, vegetarian options, and takeaway desserts, Jinjja Chicken has become more than just a fried chicken restaurant – it's a cultural bridge that introduces Korean culinary traditions to Singapore's diverse dining community.

Ordered takeaway, but unfortunately the 6pcs boneless chicken came with only 5 pcs. The order also missed out the drinks. Partially our fault as we didn't check it on the spot, but hope the kitchen can check the food and order quantity before sending it out for pickup. The food is tasty overall.

One of the worst black bean noodles I have ever tasted; I felt cheated. I ordered the Jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles). They had a student meal promo for $7.50, which came with a free soft drink and french fries. What was upsetting was that there was absolutely no meat. It was just noodles with shredded cucumber and black bean sauce. The noodles were from a package and not handmade. The worst part was that the noodles tasted of low grade because they were uncomfortable to chew and bite. They lacked the chewy texture that makes them easy to digest and eat. The taste was also of low quality. They were chewy in an unpleasant way and didn't taste good. The very plain black bean sauce was weird in texture and pasty; it seemed to come from a can and wasn't made from scratch. There was no freshness, herbs, or spices element to it, other than salty and pasty, and no other taste. No beef, chicken, pork, fish, or prawn whatsoever. Not even minced beef, which they could have added. Worst of all, there was no meat in the sauce. The shredded cucumber was tasteless and had no crunch element, as it was packaged. The Coke Zero was meh. The seaweed french fries were the best part, but they weren't nice; they were salty and lacked crunch. No seaweed flavour was present. So overpriced. No fresh ingredients were cooked inside; it's all pre-made and, for me, a convenience food meal. I will not return. Deal at your own risk; there are way better Korean restaurants or food stores that deserve better, as they sell fresh and more delicious black bean noodles because they cook it from scratch.

I've been to different Jinja Chicken outlets before, and the food always seemed fresh and yummy, with service that consistently hit the mark. So, it wasn't too much to ask for a similar experience this time, but it was different! The staff at the counter was cold and had no chill; he was literally uninterested, and his tone alone should have stopped us from ordering. Anyway, I was craving their Tofu salad, so we expected the food to be good enough to combat all this. We found a place to sit, but the table seemed greasy, and there was a weird, not-so-pleasant smell lingering around. The food arrived, and the wings had hardly any meat and were super dry, almost hard to chew without the sauce! Coming to the Tofu salad, whoever made it was definitely in a rush. I've had the salad at other outlets, and it was refreshing, but this time the Tofu was super greasy and tasted like rancid oil, with the dressing used so sparingly. The kimchi rice was alright, though. The overall experience summed up just one thing: even if you aren't good with customers, at least serve food that's good!

Just black sauce with noodles and a few strands of cucumber. No other visible ingredients, perhaps some minute minced meat. $9.80. McDonald's and KFC offer much better value.

This was my first time patronizing JinJja Chicken. I did not experience the 'wow' factor that would make me patronize it again in the near future. The chicken wings and drumlets were over-fried and dry; if not for the sauce, they would have been challenging to eat. The fries were a hit-or-miss. The rest of the food was okay. Overall, nothing to shout about.

This was my second time here, and it was a better experience compared to my first visit. The food was served hot and tasted good. In the picture is the WingsBap Combo in Soy Garlic, which came with fries and an added egg for $1.30. The staff were polite, though you do need to wait a while for the food to be served, but it was worth the wait.

Best place to eat with friends!! There are great offers such as the student set meal (consisting of food, fries, and soda), which is a bonus! :) Their bibimbap is also super delicious, worth trying many times!
For the price, it's around $6.90 to $12 (student meal).
