Jinjja Chicken has established itself as Singapore's premier halal-certified Korean fried chicken destination, bringing authentic Korean flavors to the Muslim community through its fast-casual dining concept that launched in Bugis Village in 2016. This pioneering restaurant has successfully expanded across Singapore with outlets at major shopping centers including Bugis Plus, Jewel Changi Airport, NEX, Westgate, Northpoint City, and Sengkang Grand Mall, making Korean fried chicken accessible to halal diners throughout the island.

The restaurant specializes in Korean fried chicken with three signature flavor profiles: Soy Garlic for those seeking traditional Korean taste, Yangnyeom offering sweet and spicy notes, and Monster providing extra spicy heat for adventurous palates. Beyond their famous fried chicken, the menu features Korean classics including colorful Bibimbap rice bowls topped with vegetables and gochujang sauce, Kimchi Fried Rice, K-Pop Chicken in bite-sized boneless portions, and traditional Korean noodles that showcase the depth of Korean cuisine.

The vibrant restaurant atmosphere features funky decor and K-pop videos that transport diners to the energetic streets of South Korea, while their commitment to halal certification ensures authenticity without compromise. Available through major delivery platforms and offering student deals, vegetarian options, and takeaway desserts, Jinjja Chicken has become more than just a fried chicken restaurant – it's a cultural bridge that introduces Korean culinary traditions to Singapore's diverse dining community.

The chicken is alright, but in general, I don't really like chicken prepared this way. The sauce on the outside of the chicken is nice, but the chicken itself has no flavour or depth in taste. It probably helps the company cut costs by preparing the chicken in this manner, but in reality, it's still not exactly cheap for consumers. There's a promotion of 12 chicken wings for $10, but it's actually 6 chicken wings; they just count the drumlet and midjoint separately.

Never order the rice cake fries item. It is rice cake + fries, NOT rice cake fries. Very misleading dish name! Soy chicken wings were nice, not overly salty. Parmesan chicken wings were disappointing, as it was just plain fried chicken with insufficient Parmesan powder sprinkled over. The chicken meat lacked marination taste and relied heavily on the exterior seasoning. I would only recommend the soy chicken wings, though the portion size is much smaller compared to when the business first started in Singapore's Bugis Village. This would probably be my last visit to this brand, even with promotions. For two of us, we didn't have enough, so we went to purchase dessert beverages from Koi Café.

The Parmesan Cheese is hands down my all-time favorite, and the Honey Butter is such a gem too. For value, the 18pcs boneless combo is perfect for three people, while the Big Bang Set easily feeds four and leaves everyone satisfied. I’m not great with spice, so Monster isn’t for me, but my friends love it. JINJJA has something for everyone — no wonder I keep coming back.

While this review is about Jinjja Chicken, what truly stands out is their unique Korean spice blend—it beautifully elevates the flavor of the fried chicken. That said, we’ve found that many Korean fried chicken places share a similar flavor profile, but Jinjja’s seasoning still manages to leave a memorable impression. We especially loved the boneless chicken with cheese and the Korean Soy wings—both were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic fried chicken experience!

Didn’t expect to get full for just $7.90 in a shopping mall! I recently checked out this Korean restaurant that has been in Singapore for 10 years — definitely the king of value-for-money. Here’s what we ordered: K-Boneless Chicken (Honey Butter Sauce) Crispy, coated in sweet honey butter sauce with a hint of creamy richness. We got the boneless chicken bites. Tteokbokki Noodles Springy Korean noodles soaked up all the sauce—chewy and super satisfying. Chicken Bibimbap Packed with veggies and meat, mixed with Korean sauce—healthy and filling. We also added a set with seaweed fries for just $2.40. The fries are sprinkled with seaweed powder and come with a refreshing drink. Lots of seating, beautifully presented dishes, and surprisingly affordable prices—it’s amazing you can enjoy such a meal right inside a shopping mall. Truly great value for money! Highly recommend giving it a try—I went to their Bugis Plus branch, but they also have outlets at Jewel Changi and Westgate!

One of my go-to Korean fried chicken places. The soy garlic chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and always flavorful. The chicken ramen is packed with ingredients. Great value for money; even student meals are super affordable at $7.50.
