The chicken is nice. But the staff in the restaurant is horrible. There was a staff member who was quite large (sorry, I don't know their name, and couldn't even tell their gender as they wore a mask). This person was super rude and seemed to hate their job. Everything was served by being thrown onto my table. Why is that? Is your pay very low? Complain to MOM lah.

Dined at the Bugis+ outlet with my family today. They've changed to a new menu, but the food quality has dropped. The old menu was so much better. I miss the signature chicken with creamy mushroom sauce. Please bring back the old menu!! Service was great though, especially from the manager (Iz).

I had a wonderful solo dining experience at Poulet, Bugis+. Even though I was dining alone, the warm atmosphere and attentive service made it feel welcoming and comfortable. I ordered the 1-pax feast, which came with their signature chicken in mushroom sauce, a chicken sausage and clam toast, and for dessert, a rich chocolate crème brûlée topped with seasonal fruits. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the mushroom sauce was creamy without being overpowering, and the toast was a tasty, satisfying starter. The dessert was the perfect sweet ending - smooth, decadent, and beautifully balanced with the fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and genuinely thoughtful. At one point, I was watching a video on my phone, and a staff member kindly offered me a phone stand so I could watch it comfortably while enjoying my meal - such a small but incredibly considerate gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Poulet at Bugis+ delivers delicious food and excellent service that makes you feel right at home, whether dining with friends or on your own. Highly recommend!

Great service, no queue on a Saturday at 12:40pm. The wait time for the meal was reasonable. I went with no ice in my drink, and the taste was decent. However, the mint leaves and lemon paired exceptionally well with the medium-rare beef. The sourness of the salad could be improved; it was different from the lemon sourness.
