The cream puff was delicious, light, and fluffy. We bought different flavours but had to bite and guess which flavour each one was. Both food handlers had long hair and did not tie it up or wear hair nets. They kept touching their hair before picking up the cream puffs

Kazo, we love your donuts and cream puffs! Especially the Hokkaido cream filling, BUT what's up with your cakes? So disappointing!
Where's the gula melaka in my ondeh ondeh cake, please? All we taste is pandan cake and cream. You can see how very little gula melaka was, erm, dripped perhaps on the cake. Disappointed. The colour of the gula melaka is so light, barely there.
Barely tasted cheese in their cheesecake either.
I'd say go for their signature donuts and cream puffs, not their cakes! I don't know if I'll give your tarts or anything else a chance now.

Really disappointed with Kazo. I ordered around 8:10–8:15pm at the Vivocity branch. I asked two staff if the crispy chocolate cream puff had chocolate cream, and both said yes. I even double-checked after ordering, and was told the same. But when I bit into it, it was custard, not chocolate. I only got it because the chocolate Kazu Kazu was out of stock. This totally ruined my experience. It's not the first time they've gotten my order wrong either. If you don't know what's in your products, please don't give wrong information.

Edit: As advised by the owner, it appears that heating the tart will spoil it. I did not expect my action to turn the whole tart sour. Please take caution.
First time trying out their dessert. I passed by the shop near 9:30 PM and purchased an orh ni tart. I reached home in less than an hour and kept it in the fridge. I heated up the tart an hour later and realized that the taro paste was sour. I noticed a strong, sour coconut flavor coming from the taro paste. I had to throw it away as the tart was clearly spoiled. You may want to try other items without coconut to avoid such a situation.

Kazo, I love your cream puff and tart, but what's up with the service? Why was the tart placed outside the store without a cover? Nobody knew there was a tart there. My sister went close to the glass panel to check what dessert you serve, and her bag just dragged a line on the tart. We paid for it at full price, and your staff gave us such a bad attitude.

Cradled in a buttery tart shell, my two favourites are the Hazelnut Tart and Lemon Meringue Tart. The former is filled with a rich, bittersweet chocolate and hazelnut ganache filling, while the latter is filled with a bright lemon curd and topped with a swirl of pillowy torched meringue. The lemon curd was pleasantly tangy with a nice mix of sweet and sour notes. One downside is that the crust was a tad soft and crumbly for my liking, as it easily fell apart.

Their cream puff is sooooo good. All flavours! The outside is crunchy but the inside is so fluffy. I prefer the big round puff over the small ones. The price is about $4 each, but they have a small promotion.
Just don't hoard too much like I did because it spoils easily, even when kept in the fridge. It's only good for a maximum of 2 days. I loved it so much that I bought 3 big ones and 6 small ones to try, but they all ended up tasting sour after about 4 days, so I had to throw them all away. Lesson learned. But I still highly recommend it.

Definitely one of the nicest staff I've ever met. They gave my daughter a small gift for her birthday, and their cupcakes are the cutest ever. Will come back soon for sure ♡

One of the many snack stalls in VivoCity's basement near the MRT station, this place specializes in Japanese-style cream puffs with matcha and durian flavors available. I always go for their Kazo Puff because it's incredibly crunchy and so, so good. The filling is just right—not too sweet, not too heavy—and honestly, all the flavors are wonderful. A must-try if you love a good pastry crunch.
