Many tables were completely sealed off due to COVID rules, which severely limits the seating capacity of the outlet and can be quite absurd during peak hours. I got the (Rising Egg?) burger meal, which comes with a hashbrown and a hot drink of choice. The burger was delicious, with a sumptuous platter of bulls-eye egg and chicken. The size was okay for the price of $5.35. The hashbrown could be served with something more fulfilling, like mashed potato. The outlet temperature was a bit warm, queues were quite long, and the general vibe was okay...

I wonder since when did your original recipe chicken become so dry and hard. The quality has been consistently poor. Don't get me started with the cleanliness of the restaurant. If the quality continues to dwindle in such a state, I'm worried that our favourite fried chicken in Singapore may be edged out by competitors. Having been to many KFCs in different locations, I can tell you that KFC in this branch is the healthiest. Just look at how small the portions of chicken were. Surely lower calories compared to a normal 2-piece meal. There was also one single long queue that will help you to burn off excess calories during your long wait to place the order. Highly recommended for calorie watchers who want a healthier KFC experience.

The service staff are very polite and the counter is fast, even with long queues. There are no self-service kiosks, but their prompt service makes up for it. As for the food, there's too much fried batter compared to the chicken. I asked for breast but mostly got crispy batter. The original ones are still okay, but the crispy ones were too dry and a bit hard.

I noticed two MAC employees occupying two four-seater tables, which shouldn't be the case. A few individuals were also occupying four-seater tables without a full group, which is inconsiderate. Additionally, one 'agent' was with a client without any food or drinks. I wish everyone could be more respectful of businesses and considerate.

Finger lickin' goooood!!! Nicely fried chicken and yummy cheesy fries are easily available at your convenience! KFC is almost everywhere to satisfy your fried chicken craving. Taste is maintained even after takeaway, still as crispy.
Love their online self-pickup ordering so I can beat the queue, as the queue at Hougang Mall can get long during peak hours.
Commendable to see KFC employing staff with impairments to assist with hygiene and crowd control of the place. They are very hardworking and helpful, always providing their best service possible!

I came here for dinner tonight and this is the fastest KFC outlet I've experienced. I was attended by the cashier, a lady, and a gentleman helping to place the food on my tray. By the time I completed my payment, tadah, my food was ready for me to bring back to my seat. Good job to the staff at this outlet! Also, after I was done with my meal, a staff member named Sham was very helpful. He helped hold the tap for me while I rinsed my oily hands. When I told him it was okay and I could manage with a thanks, he said, 'Never mind, it's okay,' and continued to hold the tap for me until I had my hands clean. Thank you, crews, and I hope the management can give incentives to these three staff on duty today!

The food at KFC is always yummy. I've tried KFC in multiple countries and found this one to be good. Regarding the service, there isn't an online ordering machine, so there's always a long queue. The seating isn't great either, so I'm giving two stars for service and two stars for atmosphere.
