The new rockfish is good for its price, definitely better than the Dory. However, this LHS branch lacks a proper ordering and collection system, with servers having to manually shout out order numbers for collection. It's not very customer-friendly, but understandable given the crowd here – or the lack thereof. I will consider eating the rockfish at other outlets.

Been taking away or ordered via Grab. Today is the first time dining here. Terrible service by the cashier today; she glared at me for requesting an upsize for a previous order. Damn rude. I nearly wanted to confront her. If the management is reading this, please educate your staff!
There's also no proper collection system. We wanted to stand there and wait but were chased to go back to our seats and wait for them to call. And yes, they simply shout the number, then you go back to the cashier to collect the food.
The food served, especially the fries, are cold and it seems they were cooked quite some time ago. The entrance is also wet and slippery. They kept mopping that area from when we were ordering food until even when we were done eating and about to leave.
Conclusion: Unlikely to dine in there again.

For my takeaway order: I requested extra tartar sauce for my Alaska set, but ended up with no tartar sauce at all. I ordered two sets of churros; it's fine they were put together in one box, but one chocolate sauce was missing. Otherwise, the food is good.

Ordered via Foodpanda. Onion rings were salty. Clearly indicated under the "Remarks" column: "No Ice". But they still put a lot of ice cubes. Duh! Don't they know how to read or choose to ignore?! Horrible. Had to scoop out the ice cubes. This has happened not once or twice, but many times already.

Made my order via Foodpanda. Went to self-pickup and to my surprise, nobody seemed to know about the order. After checking, they started to prepare the order. I waited again. I was supposed to pick up my order at 3:07 PM, but I only got my food at 3:40 PM. Not a single apology from them; they pretended like nothing happened. I'm not like some customers who will kick up a fuss on the spot, but that doesn't mean they can take advantage of me. They didn't compensate me, nor did they apologize. Horrible. Another thing to take note of: the cashier was sneezing but never wore a mask. So unhygienic and poor service.
Quiet. Usually not busy. Ample seats available, so there's no issue finding a seat. Usually, there's 1 person in the kitchen and 1 at the counter (usually served by a Malay auntie, Malay gal, or a Filipino lady). The food is okay, but the Dory Fish is quite salty. I wonder if anyone has given feedback to them about their fish being salty. Staff manning the counter doesn't seem to be interested in serving customers. They seem to be in their own world, looking at their phones, singing songs, etc. When it comes to customer service, it all depends on their mood. If they are happy, they will say "thank you" and even talk to you nicely. But if they are in a bad mood or don't wish to serve you, they will show unpleasant faces, and not even a courtesy gesture would be seen from them. Recently, I bought from them, and this is what I found at the end: traces of hair. Man, totally disgusting. They should do something about the cleanliness and also the standards of their customer service. I'm not going to patronize their outlet again.
