Discounts and free items were advertised everywhere in the shop, but none could be used. The food was terrible, with all microwaved items and instant powder mushroom soup. $3.2 for a can of Coke is ridiculous pricing for an undeveloped franchise. I hope nobody else wastes their money here.

The garlic bread was a bit dry. The pizza was also quite oily, especially when it became cold. I wouldn't really recommend this place as it's quite expensive too.

We placed an advance order for food at 5:40 PM but only received the pizza at 6:38 PM. The speed of the staff and food preparation can be tremendously improved. It's a decent tasting pizza, but what's the point of advance ordering? Staff kept telling us a 5 to 10 minute wait, but it ended up being an hour. The staff also wasn't honest about the time indicated on the order sheet.

The main gripes for this place would be the wait time and tidiness. It took half an hour for our order to arrive, and leftover dishes and cutlery were left lying around for 45 minutes. This could also be attributed to the fact that the food was freshly made.
I would recommend calling for delivery to avoid the frustration.

Ordered their lasagna as well, but unfortunately, it was super thin and not worth the price... maybe give that a miss :/ The wait for pizza is around 20 minutes when it's crowded, but that's understandable since you can tell they make everything to order. The place has strong air conditioning and is relatively clean, with self-service plates and utensils provided. They have quite a few good deals like 1-for-1 and also group meals. Would come back to try their other pizza flavours!! 🍕🍕
