US Pizza Singapore represents the successful localization of an award-winning American pizza concept that originated in US kitchens before expanding across Malaysia, Indonesia, and finally establishing its halal-certified presence in Singapore. This chain has distinguished itself by obtaining comprehensive halal certification for its Central Kitchen and entire menu, ensuring that Muslim diners can enjoy authentic American-style pizza without compromising their dietary requirements. Located at 632 Bedok Reservoir Road beneath a Bedok HDB block, the restaurant has quickly gained recognition for offering unique pizza experiences that competitors like Pizza Hut and Domino's don't provide, particularly their signature boat-shaped pizzas that have become Instagram-worthy dining attractions.

The menu showcases innovative approaches to traditional pizza concepts, with the standout Cheese Boat Pizza (S$21.90) uniquely shaped like a boat and filled with creamy, melty cheese that creates a distinctive visual and culinary experience. The Sambal Menu demonstrates cultural adaptation to local tastes, featuring items like Sambal Lemak Pizza (S$23.90), Sambal Spicy Pasta (S$9.90), and US Shaker Fries (S$5.90) that blend American pizza traditions with Southeast Asian flavor profiles. Classic offerings include the US Favourite with beef pepperoni and Aloha Deluxe with chicken toppings, both available as personal-sized pizzas for S$9.90, alongside complementary items such as pasta, salads, chicken wings, and desserts that round out the American dining experience.

US Pizza's strategic expansion plans include upcoming outlets in Ang Mo Kio and City Hall, demonstrating confidence in the Singapore market and commitment to making halal American pizza more accessible across the island. The current Bedok location, conveniently positioned three bus stops from Bedok North MRT Station, serves as a proving ground for the concept's viability in Singapore's competitive pizza market. Customer reviews consistently highlight the superior quality compared to mainstream pizza chains, with particular praise for the US Favourite Pizza and Bolognese Pizza preparations. The restaurant represents more than just another pizza option; it embodies the successful adaptation of international food concepts to local halal requirements while maintaining authentic flavors and innovative presentations that create memorable dining experiences.

This thoroughly mediocre pizza chain feels like a cross between the Little Caesar’s it replaced and Domino’s. There isn’t much to recommend other than that you can have what’s basically a fast-food pizza version of khachapuri, the Georgian (the country, not the state) cheese bread, complete with raw egg and bits of butter. Quality is average. Taste is average. The cost isn’t particularly cheap, while they try to upsell on high-margin sides. Given the wide availability of better options, I really find nothing to recommend about coming here. Give it a miss and go get a real pizza somewhere else.

Ordered their best-selling regular pizzas, the Cheese Boat Pizza and Salted Egg Pizza, for $52.60. Honestly, the flavours were pretty average, but kudos to the friendly server who helped with the cheese pull, which was the most enjoyable part of the experience. It's a Halal-certified restaurant, so worth a try if you haven't been.

Honestly, it was mid at best. I came for the cheese boat pizza but was quite disappointed by it. I had another personal pizza (6”) - the New Yorker, which wasn't bad, but generally, the garlic crust is good when it's hot. However, it was tough to chew. I went on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded. It's definitely a great place to chill with friends, but the food is just okay in my opinion.

NOT RECOMMENDED TO DINE IN!! The experience here was utterly bad. Food served was slow, and the wings we ordered were uncooked. (DON'T ORDER THEIR CHICKEN!!) No apologies or explanations were given to us. The female Indian staff member had an arrogant attitude. We were charged 10% service charge for just serving the food, yet we had to get the plates and utensils ourselves. There were also no tissues or condiments on the table.

The pizza was good, but the service was not. There was a long waiting time despite no crowd. The service crew was unprofessional, constantly on their phones even when we were enquiring. The curly fries were $7.50, and they were small and burnt. The garlic twist was also disappointing.

The cheese boat pizza was awesome! Things couldn't get any cheesier than this! Areas of improvement: Please put up a signage for the cutleries. A lot of customers thought that the storage area for clean plates and utensils was the return tray station. A signage would possibly help to clear up the confusion.

We arrived close to 8pm on a weekday, and there was no crowd, which was good for us. The staff who served us were helpful and friendly, especially Akshay. He had a very good attitude and gave a good recommendation on which flavour to try. We were happy with our visit. As for the pizza, almost every flavour we tried was nice. I especially liked the pizza dough; even when cooled down, it wasn't hard at all and was easy to chew. After all, it's a good place to eat pizza, especially with their 40% off promotion for selected pizzas.

We had our dinner here earlier. The place wasn't too full. We ordered the Cheese Boat Pizza and the New Yorker Pizza with Creamy Mushroom Soup, Crazi Garlic Twist, and Lemon Tea. The food was served hot, just the way we liked it. The New Yorker pizza was surprisingly good, as was the Garlic Twist. Their best seller, the Cheese Boat Pizza, was quite an experience. Enjoy their discounts while they are available.

At first, we were a bit lost and couldn't find the outlet, so we walked towards North Bridge Road. It's located on Level 1 next to McDonald's. The best part was that we arrived before 6 PM with my children and enjoyed a 50% student discount.

The aroma of the herbs and cheese is truly enticing. A perfect blend of flavors creates a delightful taste experience. The crust is crisp and holds the toppings beautifully. Every bite is a savory sensation. This pizza is a must-try for any pizza lover.
