The staff working here are not helpful at all, especially since the self-kiosk started. The salad always has no rice, even though the sushi does. I asked them for help, but they were unwilling to assist. Other outlets have much better service than Makisan Lot One. The staff member who was nonchalant was a Chinese girl working on September 13th at 7 PM. Please do better.

The quality has deteriorated after months of not having it. They are also really stingy with their portions; 8 pieces of slivered crab stick, 6 pieces of 2cm cubes of tamagoyaki, a splat of avocado, and the portion of peri peri chicken has shrunk to 1/8 of what I've gotten in the past. I will NEVER patronise them AGAIN. The meat-free nugget was also served cold and tasted of the fridge, which was really disgusting. Hygiene is also a cause for concern as staff do not wear their masks properly and handle food without concern for cross-contamination. They really do not deserve a star.

I would highly advise against visiting this Makisan outlet. I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience that left me completely dissatisfied. After placing my order and showing a physical receipt from PayNow as proof of payment, the staff refused to proceed with my order because they couldn’t find it on their system. Even though I provided clear evidence, they made no effort to resolve the situation.
When I requested to speak with a manager, they claimed nothing could be done, which only added to my frustration. Instead of working to fix the issue, the staff seemed more focused on showing their own frustration towards me. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable.
I will not be returning to this store again, and I would strongly recommend other customers avoid it as well. If the management does not take immediate action to improve the standards of service, I will ensure that businesses like this are held accountable for their poor customer treatment. No one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism.

The staff never follows the requests or instructions given and is really stingy with the sauce (cannot taste anything at all, when in the past the maki roll was bursting with flavour). I have requested this for multiple (>10) orders in a row and yet I keep coming back disappointed each time. The avocado is always smelly or mushy, and occasionally other ingredients such as the asparagus too, which proves they do not monitor their food quality and/or freshness. The rice can either be overcooked or undercooked. This will mark the end of my patronage permanently.
