I was also mistaken in my comparison: I was expecting similar quality to Charcos. The sides were fairly decent, but this is the style of a new establishment. It's clear this isn't Charcos, so to be fair, we need to have different expectations and rate it differently.

Delivery was on time. For hawker food, it felt slightly overpriced. I was hoping for a bit more (larger portion) of the beef ribs for better value, but it was still acceptable. Perhaps it's due to recent inflation or spikes in food industry costs, and I don't see the full picture.
Food was decent and delicious, including the sides which were quite good and not too ordinary. Would order again.

I saw a review here about the beef ribs which was bad. Indeed it was! However, the reason I'm leaving a review is because I gave direct feedback to the staff about how tough the beef ribs were to chew. They were very sincere in rectifying the issue by forgoing the charge.
But I insisted on paying as it's just business, and I hoped others wouldn't suffer the same fate. In the end, they gave a discount.
I believe they'll do better next time, and I'll try their beef ribs again!
