Ordered 10 chicken and 10 lamb satay. I was asked if I wanted rice, and I said yes. However, the rice never came. When I asked where the rice was, he said it didn't come with the order. I asked again, and received the same answer. Whether your satay is nice or not is one thing, but you need to have integrity. If you promise something, you need to deliver. That's it.
