On 24/5/25 at 11:15 am. When I was paying with coins, one of the aunties wanted to count $2.30 for me. If there was a long queue, I would have let her count. But since it was just me, she seemed to be rushing me and wanted to do it for me. I told her this was my money and I needed to count it myself. She then said sorry and walked away, and I counted it myself.
Then the other auntie wanted to check. I counted correctly, but she suddenly shouted at me, saying I was short of 30 cents, even though I had put the correct amount. In the end, there was an extra 10 cents. Can she count correctly before shouting at customers? And why did she shout so loudly, letting outsiders know what was wrong inside? They never wear name tags. What kind of service is this? The food is nice, 9/10, but the service is 0/10.
I will not come back and will not recommend this shop to other friends or family. Super angry. I think why did I go to Mr. Bean to buy a $2.30 pancake and spoil my mood.

Completely unacceptable. The cheese pancake was missing. I was asked if I wanted egg mayo or tuna, but I received red bean instead, and it was cold and hard. The drink was tasteless. After packing, the staff member went to check his phone charging nearby instead of collecting payment, wasting my time. I won't be buying from this brand anymore. The standard has dropped, and for this price, I'd rather buy elsewhere.

The porridge costs $4.80. However, the height of the porridge is only about 60 percent full. For this price, the porridge is considered expensive, especially since it's not filled to the brim or even 80 percent, and the ingredients are not plentiful either. I feel shortchanged for the porridge compared to other branches. Please maintain a certain standard portion.

Ordered the truffle mushroom eggwich pancake.
The pancake was cold. The raw egg yolk tasted and smelled really terrible and overwhelming, and the taste lingers. Never mind the truffle.
One word of caution: this pancake can be very tough to eat. In my case, with the first bite, the egg yolk squirted onto my face, shirt, and hand as a revenge. The rest of the yolk spilled everywhere – into the paper carrier, onto my hand, and onto the MRT floor.
The pancake was cold, but not yet dead. Or maybe the mother hen was seeking revenge.
When you see the flooding completely stop, good news: the pancake is then ready to be eaten. I ate it next to a wash basin in a toilet.
I smelled of egg yolk for that day. I was on the way out, and there was no way to remove the smell until I soaked the shirt and myself overnight.
I did go back to Mr Bean to tell the staff the story. They were kind enough to offer tissue paper.

1. I don't know.
2. Not all "not fully cooked egg yolks" will shoot out.
3. The mess is beyond a wipe.
Conclusions:
1. I think it needs to be served hot.
2. Before you bite, read my precaution.
3. Bring a plate and a baby drool bib.
4. If you miss (2), write and then soak.
