I waited there for almost 45 minutes, and there was only one person working. I understand he was busy, but even after finishing his current task, he saw me and still didn't serve me. I was the only customer waiting, and it wouldn't have taken even a minute to serve me. This is very disappointing; I didn't expect this from this outlet. I won't be coming back again.

A wide range of delectables, from savoury to sweet. I bought a few items, but personally found the cookies a little dry. When we sat at the cafe, the cookies weren't served warm as expected. Take this with a pinch of salt, but regarding the service, simple things like a smile, greeting customers, and saying thank you would matter. Unfortunately, the staff member made it clear she was unhappy, for whatever personal reason. Good customer service eventually makes a place memorable for diners. Small gestures, like allowing someone to top up hot water for a baby (the customer even offered money for the refill), were met with a "no, we don't sell hot water." Good for takeaway, but dining in could be better with a more positive attitude towards customers.

I've eaten this dark cookie many times, but this time it was very dry and had a slightly off taste. ☹️

First time here and surprisingly good. The coffee and the cake are nice, with prices still in a reasonable range. I love the effort put into the latte art, which turned out pretty and made customers feel appreciated.

Finally, Nasty Bakehouse is more accessible for me! Nowadays, when most cakes, pastries, and drinks cost almost $10 each, the prices here are reasonable. I got the Crème Brûlée and coffee for around $12.

Chanced upon Nasty Cookies’ newest venture, Nasty Bakehouse, whilst in Marina Square. Managed to secure the currently viral croissant cookie (crookie) in its original flavour. Got their other viennoiseries as well since there was a 3 bakes for $16 promo. The lady behind the counter gave instructions on how to store them, as I was planning to gift one box to a friend the next day. Got home and warmed the crookie, kaya toast, and banoffee. My initial thought was the lack of a cookie dough appearance for the crookie. Taste-wise, it was so good – the flakiness of the croissant combined with the oh-so-good cookie. It looked decadent but wasn't overly sweet. Such a nice treat. The kaya toast looked wow and tasted good as well. There was a good amount of kaya that didn't make the pastry too cloying (jelak). The banoffee danish was delectable too, with a good balance of flavour from the filling, sauce, and banana. Overall, all three pastries were good and hit their mark. My friend, who works in pastry, shared the same sentiments.

Suriya displayed great customer service. She greeted the customer and made them feel welcome. She was also very patient when explaining the menu to the customer.

I tried and believed word for word in their tagline. Seriously good indeed! The crispy chocolate chip and kopi cookies are crispy and addictive. The huge mixed flavours cookie is really tasty too. P.S.: Love their shop's colour scheme as well. Surely will return!! Thank you!! ♡
