Tried Nasty Cookie after all the hype, but it was a huge disappointment. The cookie was mushy, with an undercooked, raw dough texture. The filling was barely there, nothing like the gooey, oozing center they advertise so much on their Instagram. I don't know if this outlet did a bad job in baking, but it was the worst cookie ever. For $6 a cookie, I expected way better. Definitely not worth the hype. Keep the $6 and spend it elsewhere!

We've been trying to get a soft serve and cookie from this outlet for the longest time. However, it's ALWAYS unavailable. It might as well be removed from the menu permanently.

Wanted to try because of its ambience. The cookie looked delicious. We tried two of their best sellers, but both were too sweet for me and quite oily. It felt unhealthy to eat much. Perhaps one small scoop would suffice as dessert. There were a few seats available inside. Nice to try, but quite expensive for its price.

Friendly staff and inviting service, but the cookie doesn't measure up. It was underwhelming and not worth the hype. I probably won't pay $6 for this cookie again.

Lives up to the name. The cookies were crumbly and very underwhelming in flavor. Cannot possibly justify the $6 price tag per cookie. Would be 1 star, but at least it was warm.

Went to VivoCity and came across the shop. Bought one to try. For cookie lovers, it's quite soft and melts in your mouth, tasting sweet too. You should try them yourself to get a better idea. Have a good day, everyone. Stay safe.

We decided to grab a quick snack here! We tried their new monster cookie, inspired by Cookie Monster. The cookie was delicious. The moment we cut into it, delicious chocolate fudge filling was oozing out. The cookie was half-baked, allowing it to be chewy on the inside yet slightly crispy on the outside. The biscuit toppings also added a nice crunch. We would definitely come back for more goodies!

I'm not really a fan of cookies, but my daughter wanted to get some here and told me they were tasty. The cookies came in XL sizes and cost $6 each, which I found quite surprising. Anyway, since she wanted them, we bought two. I was curious about the taste and asked to try them when my daughter was eating them. Honestly, I still found them too sweet for my liking and they tasted like any other cookie, in my opinion. However, my daughter insisted they were good, so I gave a 4-star rating for taste. But they are definitely not cheap.

Really nice ambience with the contrast of Tiffany blue and salmon/baby pink throughout the store. I got two cookies - cookies and cream cheesecake and chocolate chip. Both were really nice, but the fact that they were quite crumbly when eating them made the whole experience a bit disappointing. I wouldn't come back again for the price, but it's worth trying them once!

Tried the pistachio kunefe cookie (the viral version of Dubai chocolate), and it's advertised as nutty, crunchy, and crispy. Boy oh boy, it does complete justice to all three! There's a light drizzle of white chocolate on top, which I absolutely love. The cookie isn't overly sweet, and the bite into the pistachio kunefe is beyond tasty. Absolutely love it! Sadly, only two per person are allowed.
