I'd been meaning to try this for the past few years but was always put off by the $5.80 price tag. Finally decided to treat myself today for National Day, but I was admittedly disappointed. I'm not sure if I had overly high expectations due to the price, but it tasted pretty normal unfortunately. It looked pretty, for sure. But just normal. Sad. I really wanted it to taste great! I was also shooed away from the table area before I had the chance to take my first bite, but I guess it was getting late (8:57 PM). Oh well.

Having patronised this place for a while, I feel compelled to write a review. The cookies aren't overly sweet, although they are quite small for the price point. They offer a variety of flavours, but sometimes most of them aren't very distinct from each other. I recommend the original and dark chocolate. The rest aren't too spectacular. The dining area is small and warm. My biggest gripe is the lack of customer service attitude; the staff could use more service-oriented language and smile more. Overall, it's not something you'd want to eat all the time.

This review is based on my takeaway experience, not dine-in. Personally, I followed the instructions from the box which said to heat for 3 minutes, but unfortunately, the filling did not melt accordingly. It may have been due to my oven.
Overall, the taste is suitable for those with a sweet tooth. If you plan to get six cookies, do get the set as it is cheaper, especially if you choose the upper-tier cookies!
My personal favourite is the red velvet cookie; it has just the right texture. Pricing-wise, I do feel it's a little pricey, but you definitely get a bigger-than-average cookie in exchange.
I would definitely try again, but would probably eat it on the spot next time.
