The cookie was warm and sweet. Perhaps a bit too sweet for my liking, especially the filling. Overall, it's quite nice, not like the usual 'harder' cookies (think Famous Amos). At $5 a pop, it's really expensive for just one cookie. I don't think I'll buy it again.

I have tried the chocolate chip and chocolate smores cookies. Both were great, especially when warmed up. Suitable for a small indulgence once in a while.
On a third visit, I tried the biscoff oreo brownie (B.O.B.), which was labelled as the #1 seller. It was too overloaded with chocolate and sugar.

By far the shittiest cookie I've ever had is from Nasty Cookie. This cookie is even inferior to a basic crispy cookie.
The burnt exterior gives way to a soil-like texture, reminiscent of damp earth.
The bitterness is overpowering, but not in a complex, dark chocolate kind of way.
Just a straightforward, unpleasant burnt taste. The marshmallow adds an unpleasantly gooey layer to the already off-putting texture.
It's clear that cheap ingredients are being used, resulting in a cookie that lacks fragrance, flavor, and depth.
Only those with an unrefined palate would find this acceptable.
Sadly, Nasty Cookie lives up to its name.
Needless to say, I won't be returning.
One star is even too generous for this experience.

I visited recently and was attended by a Malay girl in hijab. She was hostile and unfriendly, and seemed unhappy to serve. Her attitude and service need improvement. What happened to serving customers with a smile instead of a frown? If you're not happy, don't work there. Hire someone else who can actually serve with a smile.
Anyways, I have bought from Nasty Cookies since they first opened many years ago. Their cookies have always been pricey but worth the quality and uniqueness. However, I was appalled to buy and taste the Kinder Bueno cookie recently.
It smelled bad, like eggy, and it was so, so dry that I had to throw it out. Mind you, one cookie is about $6-7. The cookie was dry, and the filling was minuscule and barely there. I didn't get a Bueno taste at all.
Won't be going back due to the lousy service and cookies.
Save your money.

The cookies look nice, but the taste isn't that amazing. Their $2 top-up ice cream tasted quite odd and displeasing. I'm usually not picky with food at all, but I wouldn't personally recommend this place.
The cookies my friend and I ordered were very oily, and their tables shook so much that we almost spilled our cookies onto the floor. Lastly, the shop only had 2-3 customers, but most of the tables were dirty and uncleaned. A disappointing experience; I rarely give shops below 3 stars, but 2 stars is the maximum I can give.

We got a box of 6 with different flavours — every cookie was rich, gooey, and full of toppings. They’re sweet, indulgent, and perfect for sharing (or not!).
The shop at Westgate is convenient to pop by while shopping, and the cookies are freshly baked with that amazing buttery smell. It’s definitely a treat for any sweet tooth.

First time trying Nasty Cookie and it's so good! I guess if we had Crumbl Cookies in SG, this would be it. I got the BOB (Biscoff Oreo Brownie) as recommended by the staff, which is supposedly their bestseller. The staff was also patient and friendly! I bought it to go, but it was still warm when I got home about an hour later. It's nice both warm and chilled in the fridge. Thick and chunky, perfect for someone with a sweet tooth :)
