They did not inform us it was from the day after but falsely advertised it and added condensed milk, thus I cannot get a refund. I will avoid this store because of its poor ethics and quality. Incompetent staff. I had a digital voucher that I wanted to use during payment, but the staff just didn't know how to process it! Were they not trained properly, or are they bad at their job? I had to wait around 10 minutes for the incompetent staff to call her superior for help. Turns out, as I knew all along, it was just a simple scanning of the barcode on the digital voucher. So simple! Why weren't they taught this? There were two staff members there before the manager came back. Both were incompetent and clueless. One of them, the Malay lady, basically did her own thing and offered no help at all. They really should have been better at their job.
