The Butter Cake looked good on the outside, but it was dry and crumbled when cut. The initial smell of essence was also a little overpowering. Bought on the 11th, expires on the 15th.

Ordered a birthday cake for self-collection online. The collection time slot was 12-2pm. I arrived at the outlet at 12:28pm, but the cake was not available for collection. I had to wait until 1:16pm for the cake. This was a total waste of our time, especially as a party was commencing. This is unacceptable in terms of logistics planning. I will not be ordering from them again.

I went there to redeem my curry puff vouchers yesterday. Honestly, I was not impressed with their customer service. The staff just left the vouchers at the counter without looking at me and walked away. I was the only customer around. I don't think I will ever go there again. TERRIBLE...
