I bought the cakes as refreshments for invited guests and requested them to be cut. I expected a standard when cutting the cakes. To my disappointment, when I saw the cakes at home, the staff not only failed to cut them into equal portions, but also cut them unevenly, all slanted. It would have been embarrassing to serve them to my guests. I should have cut the cakes myself.
