What happened to the nice curry puff my family and I used to enjoy? Now, the curry puff has hardly any ingredients, unlike those we had in the past. It is almost all pastry now with very little filling.
Does Polar have to resort to this pathetic state that will put customers off? It will certainly be a challenge to retain your loyal customers.

Terrible encounter with their service staff at Nex earlier today around 11:30 am. The young man at the counter was completely disengaged and rude during the whole ordering process. To exemplify his rudeness, I told him my method of payment, and people usually acknowledge with an “ok” or some other form of acknowledgement. He gave a totally no response, not even a nod of his head or eye contact. I would have been fine with that. But the icing on the cake came when I went home and realised he put my chocolate éclair together with a puff, which was warm. So naturally, the chocolate had melted.
Bad/rude service is annoying but tolerable. But when it comes at the expense of affecting the product, I think it’s grounds for complaint.

Bad counter staff service. He was not focused and accused me of calling the wrong order. When I insisted, he tried not to give me the offer price of $7.2 for 4 sugar rolls until I confronted him. This is bad, trying to bully an old man. When I asked to place all 4 in a box, he simply squeezed them into a box for 3.
This spoils your product visibility. It's sad for you to have such a staff. This is not my first encounter with him; I thought the first time was my mistake. But I've realized he is not focused on customers' needs.

Male staff: Misheard my phone number, assumed I provided it incorrectly, did not apologize, and did not thank me after my payment. He also handed over my order poorly.
