It's a very huge food court in Marina Bay Sands, and you can find a large variety of cuisine. If you go after 12 PM, it might be a bit difficult to find a table. There is Indian food, local cuisine, Chinese food, and Hong Kong roast fishball noodles. The Nasi Padang stall did an excellent job of displaying food in bright and colourful banana leaf baskets. You can select your preferred side dishes of vegetables, chicken, fish, etc. Or you can select a chicken or beef rendang set for ~$9.80. You can get the same variety with economy rice. For lunch, I got mini pot noodles with Mee Kia thin noodles. For $12.80, I feel it’s totally not worth it for just one fish ball, one meat ball, mini tiny abalone slices, and artificial crab stick.

My wife bought Cai Fan (Chinese mixed rice) for a normal lunch. To her extreme shock, after just a few bites, she felt something hard and immediately spat it out. It felt like something hard and sharp – maybe a stone? Or worse, glass? If she had swallowed it, it could have been dangerous to her body, perhaps even her life. So, we informed the concierge. After they inspected it and confirmed it was hard and sharp, they were also shocked and quickly called the manager of the food court. When the manager arrived, he looked at it, took the food back, and refunded the amount of $5/$6 to my wife. He also offered to buy her lunch from other stores. At this point, my wife was already in shock and had lost her appetite. After a while of calming down, we went back to ask the store/manager about the food, if there was any answer or explanation of what that object was. They said they had already thrown it away! What kind of service is this from the well-renowned MBS? No explanation? No checking on my wife to see if she was okay? No apologies or concerns shown? Just throwing it away and acting like nothing is wrong? Was that item deadly? Did it contaminate the food or not? Why no explanations and assurances from the staff and team from MBS or the MBS food court?

I ordered chicken wings at Huat Huat BBQ, and one of the cashiers asked whether I wanted to eat here or take away. Due to the terrible noise, I couldn't hear her well, so I just said 'no'. After I said 'eat here', she showed me her attitude and spoke very clearly to me. I still argued with her, and after that, she grumbled with her colleague about me. I was shocked but foolish enough to forget to cancel my order. I pay for food, not beg for it. What kind of service was that? I forgot to take a picture of her name; I think she's Malaysian. Singaporean service is getting worse in these food courts.

An affordable alternative to pricey restaurants in MBS. The average price is about $10. There are plenty of food choices, and it can get crowded, especially during lunch and dinner time.

Never thought I would say this, but I had a great time dining here. Multiple choices were available to satisfy any palate. The food prices are very reasonable, though some of the portions were on the small side. I attempted to find each of the places individually but was unable to, so this review is all-encompassing.

There's a variety of food served in big portions, as is usual in Singapore. Even though it's crowded, table turnover is quite fast. I recommend the R&B tea and Venchi's dark chocolate ice cream, both located at the food court entrance.

Kok Kee Wonton noodles serves a good plate of wonton noodles with a traditional taste. The noodles are cooked to a chewy texture, and the wontons taste freshly made. Another stall offers one of the best classic Singapore breakfasts, consisting of coffee, a big piece of kaya toast, and two half-boiled eggs. This can be ordered from the drinks stall.

Often crowded, making it hard to find seating, but patience, my friend, a seat is usually available somewhere. Cleaning is quick. You self-take and self-return your tray. Delicious food at a much more affordable price compared to independent joints in MBS.
