Food quality was wildly inconsistent. I've eaten here a few times, and sometimes the pho is good, but other times the broth was really bland. The speed and quality of service were good, and the price was reasonable compared to other restaurants around. However, the inconsistency probably means that I might not return.

It was near dinner time, so the 15-minute wait was acceptable. We were seated and instructed to order via QR code, which is pretty standard by now with most eateries. The online UI wasn't easy to use as there was no confirmation given when an order was placed, so we had to redo our order as the first one didn't go through. The wait for the food wasn't too long. We ordered soupy beef pho, lemongrass rice with chicken, summer rolls, and a very yummy-looking longan-red date-ginger drink, but that sadly turned out very disappointing. The longan-red date-ginger drink served did NOT look like what was on the menu. I know that what is served normally won't turn out exactly the same as the picture in the menu, but what came to our table was really terribly different. It was just sweet, with barely any taste of red date and no taste of ginger. Again, very disappointing. The summer rolls were fine; they were served with a sweet chili sauce and another sweet sauce. The lemongrass chicken was good. The pho wasn't as flavourful as I expected. Having eaten lots of pho at many other restaurants, this pho lacked flavour and greens! Pho is normally served with a side bowl of basil, coriander, and bean sprouts, lots of them. However, I was given a small saucer with only bean sprouts. The beef slices were tender, but a little too big; perhaps slightly smaller slices would have been easier to fit into our mouths. Service staff were polite, but as it was a full house, they didn't have time to provide the service needed to guests. We tried to ask for some extra chili, and after waving and trying to get some service, we gave up and went to the counter to get the chili ourselves, which gave the staff a shock.

We had an afternoon dine-in at So Pho. We enjoyed the great, affordable, and delicious food, as well as the ambience. We love Vietnamese food. Staff Liezel was very friendly and accommodating. Great service.

Apr 25 Dinner for 3 of us. The pho was delicious, as were the appetizer and the chicken with rice. Service was very kind, attentive, polite, and fast. Will come back for a quick, fulfilling meal within MBS.

Absolutely delicious! The pho broth was rich and flavourful, with fresh herbs and tender meat. Portions are generous, and everything tasted authentic and comforting — just like a warm hug in a bowl. The friendly service and cosy vibes make this my go-to spot for Vietnamese food. Highly recommend!

So many options to choose from, and the food and drinks are really delicious! It's very child-friendly as they have a kids' menu and high chairs. The staff are friendly and kind, and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend!

Decided to have a meal here while waiting for the rain to stop. It was a good decision after all. Their servings are huge, and the food is almost like what I've had in Vietnam. You need to order through their online menu. Free Wi-Fi is available.
