The staff was very unfriendly. Despite greeting her twice, she just stared at me waiting for my order without uttering a single word and kept staring with an angry look. After I made my order, paid, and received my change, she continued to have an arrogant look despite my thanking her. It was a terrible customer service experience for me and my disabled mother, who was in a wheelchair. This is definitely not what I expected from the service industry at the world's best airport. I do hope Roti Boy & Changi Airport will train their staff to be much more professional in this service industry.

During collection, when we stated our name, we were told someone else had already collected our order. What the fish? I then asked if they had verified the receipt from the person who collected. After some arguments, one of the staff (there were two Chinese and one Malay) said with an attitude that it was her mistake for not checking. She explained she had simply asked if the collector's name matched, and the collector said yes. The staff then offered a refund and mentioned they had run out of bread. Oh my God, a typical get-away-scot-free approach.
Copy to HR: Can you query your staff who was working on Saturday, November 18th, between approximately 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM and take serious action against her (e.g., salary reduction)? Such inconvenience is outright unacceptable. 25 minutes were just wasted like that. And the only thing they offered was a refund. We were outrageously astounded by how badly the situation was managed.
