The satay quality has really dropped. I'm not sure if it's the preparation or the cook, but it's just not the same anymore. There used to be this young guy with pink hair; his satays were incredible. This was 2-3 years back, I recall. I wonder where he is now. The last time I saw him, he was in an SAF uniform.

Worst satay gravy I've ever tasted! Way too watery. The attitude of the young guy managing the store sucks big time. He needs to go back to school.

A couple of months ago, I bought their satay set which included their barbeque chicken. A couple pieces of the chicken were rancid; it smelled absolutely rotten. But I thought to myself that such things happen sometimes, so I let it slide. Yesterday, I returned to buy just their satay. I was well and truly disappointed yet again. The satay weren't cooked well at all – no char and the internals could use a few more minutes on the grill. The ketupat were already showing signs of going bad; they were beginning to feel slimy even though the smell was still okay. And the gravy was bland. My wife had to season it herself and, at the same time, put the satay into the air fryer to cook it further. To make things worse, we found clumps of flour in the gravy; they used flour to thicken it, obviously a lazy attempt at cooking. Anyway, my family agreed that the satay tasted like it wasn't marinated enough. Now for the service. They weren't particularly rude, but they struck me as disinterested and a bit arrogant. It wouldn't matter much to me if the food was great, but it wasn't, not by miles. I felt short-changed and, even though I know I won't make a difference, I don't think I'll buy from them any time soon.

DON'T BOTHER TO COME HERE TO EAT! The kuah satay is just VERY WATERY AND TASTES HORRIBLE! I'm not the only one who faces the same issue. The guy with the pierced nose seems to be hearing impaired. If you say "KEPAK AYAM", he will hear it as "KETUPAT". His service and attitude are TERRIBLE! I won't even bother to repeat an order in case he gets it wrong. So, TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Nice satay, flavored with many spices. The skewers we had were slightly charred, which was pleasant. The only minor point to nitpick was that the seasoning was a bit too sweet.

A great place to satisfy your satay cravings. This is their second outlet, besides Lau Pa Sat. The mutton satay, tripe satay, chicken wings, and prawns were superb. Their satay sauce was good too. Overall, it was fast even though there were queues coming in. Service was good, and the people were friendly. Kudos to the team!
