Finally found a place for hubby to try Tulang Merah, and it tastes great. Service is good as well. The person in the black T-shirt on the left is funny, and the person in the white T-shirt in the middle gave good advice about the food. He can also speak Mandarin. Definitely will go back again soon.

One of the popular stalls in this hawker center is also my favorite. Originally, the wok was handled by the elder owner, but now, his second generation is in charge, and it's still very popular among the neighborhood, especially for their pan-fried dishes. This is a hidden gem, nestled in an industrial area in the far west, so it's inevitably overlooked. I'm particularly fond of the Muslim stall, now in its second generation, and the food is still excellent. I particularly love their anchovy fried white bee hoon. Dried, fragrant, soft, tasty, and full of wok hei. Other dishes, like fried yellow noodles or fried rice, are expertly prepared comfort foods. I especially love their fried rice and noodle dishes, such as fried white or red rice noodles. Simple, unpretentious, and deliciously heartwarming. While they also offer a lot of other interesting foods, I still loved the simplest one. Try it and you'll know that it's different. They do have other dishes, but most people order the noodles and rice dishes, which are very popular with the locals. I wouldn't recommend anything else! I believe this simple dish will satisfy everyone! Welcome to my food sharing Instagram: jkgourmets.
