Taman Selera West Coast, located at Ayer Rajah Food Centre on West Coast Drive, has established itself as one of Singapore's premier destinations for authentic Malay cuisine, particularly renowned for serving some of the finest satay on the island. Operating as a Muslim-owned establishment at stall #01-65, this food court stall has garnered exceptional praise from food enthusiasts who consistently rate it among the best satay experiences in Singapore. The stall's commitment to traditional preparation methods and quality ingredients has earned it a perfect 5.0/5.0 rating from customers who appreciate authentic Malay flavors prepared with passion and expertise.

The signature offering at Taman Selera West Coast is their exceptional satay, available in both chicken and mutton varieties at S$0.90 per stick with a minimum order of 10 pieces. Food reviewers consistently praise the mutton satay as being incredibly tender without any gamey taste, while the rich, flavorful marinade and perfect grilling technique create an unforgettable dining experience. Beyond satay, the stall offers a unique specialty of mee rebus served with satay, a combination that is rarely found at other hawker stalls and represents the creative culinary approach that sets Taman Selera apart from conventional food court offerings.

Operating with specific hours throughout the week (Tuesday through Monday with Wednesday closures), Taman Selera West Coast serves the West Coast community as both a neighborhood gem and a destination worth traveling for. The stall's location at Ayer Rajah Food Centre makes it accessible to both residents and visitors exploring Singapore's diverse hawker culture. The combination of exceptional food quality, reasonable pricing, and authentic Malay cooking traditions has made Taman Selera West Coast a beloved institution that continues to attract food lovers seeking genuine local flavors in Singapore's competitive hawker scene.

Well-marinated, chunky chicken satay. Not the type that comes with fatty chicken skin. The ketupat was very soft. They also sell mee rebus, but I found the gravy too thin and not that flavourful.

Nothing great. It's just a normal satay using frozen meat. Don't know what kind of a tactic they use

Nothing great. It's just normal satay using frozen meat. I don't know what kind of tactic they use by shutting the shutters of the shop and doing business with only a quarter opening.

One of the best satay that I’ve tasted (especially the mutton). Excellent portion like the good old

One of the best satay I've tasted, especially the mutton. The portions are excellent, like the good old days, unlike most satay sold today by other sellers where each stick has just a few scrawny pieces of skewered meat. Not forgetting the delicious satay sauce. It was indeed a perfect combination of marination and barbecuing of the meats, with a good balance of spiciness and sweetness. A truly enjoyable experience, coupled with excellent customer service!

The chicken satay & babat (beef tripe) were a nice size and tasted good. Nicely charred and soft. The satay peanut sauce was a bit oily but had a nice taste. Will revisit.
