Tried the hotpot set this afternoon. The service and staff were great. One downside was the waygu beef, which was very chewy and I was unable to swallow. Hope the management could look into it. Overall, the soup and hot stone rice were great.

This is so bad. I don't know why the food in this outlet tasted so bland! And the grill was not hot, as it always is when I go to the other outlets. I'm so disappointed with this. I'm not sure why the Indian guy at the counter wasn't marinating the food well. So, so bad, unlike the Bugis and Northpoint outlets, which were so good! I took the premium items and topped up more, but gotten this. I had to add my own seasoning to make it taste better. I shouldn't have come here.

Coming from a service and hospitality line myself, I enjoyed how Evan took the extra touch of mixing a sauce that was indeed very nice. I think that's what makes a place more enjoyable. Thanks, Evan (red shirt) guy.

Snow Ong and Damien served me very well throughout my dining experience. They really deserve a raise or a commendation. I would definitely come back for the supreme set, especially if those waiters are there to serve us again. It almost felt like I was at Hai Di Lao when they were serving me. Top-notch service from the waiters.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Seoul Garden! The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout our meal. The food was delicious, although the smoked duck was a bit on the salty side, but the service made the entire dining experience even better.
