Shakey''s Pizza is a halal-certified American pizza restaurant that opened in Singapore in September 2022, bringing the beloved American-Filipino pizza chain experience to local diners. Located at Lucky Plaza''s Asian Food Mall, this establishment represents the established pizza chain that has been operating since 1954 in the United States and became extremely popular in the Philippines.
The restaurant offers authentic American-style pizzas with their signature thin crust varieties. Their best-selling Manager''s Choice pizza (S1.60) is loaded with chicken ham, beef, Italian sausage, green bell peppers, and onions. Another favorite is the Spinach & Glazed Bacon pizza (S1.60) featuring creamy spinach topped with sweet, glazed turkey bacon, all prepared according to halal standards.
Operating at 304 Orchard Road #B1-38, Shakey''s Pizza began with a soft launch in March 2022 with a limited menu, gradually expanding their offerings while obtaining halal certification. As Singapore''s first and only halal-certified Shakey''s outlet, the restaurant provides Muslim diners access to this internationally recognized pizza brand''s quality and flavors while maintaining strict religious dietary requirements.

Very disappointed. When we dined in, the chicken was not nice, it tasted a bit sour. The lasagna was also a bit sour, and the carbonara had no taste at all. It was a waste of money, and we regret eating at Shakey's. The taste here is different from the Philippines; it's not nice, honestly. Sorry, I'm just giving an honest review. Thanks.

Poor customer service. Our takeaway set order was divided into two: our pizza was waiting to be picked up at the takeaway counter, and the rest of the order was waiting at the dine-in counter. Our number was not called, so we had to approach the counter to check. It got worse when a service staff member commented that it is 'impossible' for their pizza to get cold. This was after I asked my daughter to check if the pizza was still hot, as a previous order we made earlier had been cold. When I asked him what he meant by that comment, he pointed to his oven and said that their pizzas are all made to order, so it's 'not possible' for the food to get cold. I had to confront him, stating that I wouldn't lie about the food and was just making sure my daughter got to eat hot pizza, which was why I bought another set. I went ahead to get my pizza from the other counter. Another sales staff member then approached me to ask what the problem was. Instead of making the situation better, she started telling me that I should stop pointing at her and raising my voice. I told her to stop talking to me and just give us our delayed order, instead of defending their lousy service.

Same taste as Shakey's back in the Philippines! I'm so excited we have Shakey's back! Although I'm honestly not a huge fan of their pizzas, it's nice to have a taste of home. The spices on the fried chicken are exactly what Shakey's chicken should be – salty and dry, which I love. And the mojos are addictive! Now for the negative side, I think the big issue is the pricing. I was shocked that a fast-casual pizza joint is priced even more than gourmet pizza restaurants with far better quality. Only their 'Bunch of Lunch' is a good value, but still a little steep. I think the price should be around $7.50 instead of $9.80. No wonder there was literally no queue when I went, and Jollibee had a pretty long queue. To be fair, service was fast (maybe because I was the only person there) and the packaging is good. I think the management should seriously consider adjusting the price, especially because it's located in a food court with many better and more affordable options around.

Tried Shakey's for the first time. A little pricey for the portion, in my opinion. The pizza was not bad when hot, but it got a bit hard when slightly cooled down. Taste-wise, it was okay; I liked the garlic cheese flavour. The chicken, however, was slightly below my expectation. I prefer Jollibee.

As it was my first visit, I wanted to try a bit of everything, so I ordered the "Bunch of Lunch" for $9.90, which includes 2 slices of pizza, spaghetti, mojos, and a piece of fried chicken. The staff informed me that the Mojos (fried potato rounds) were not available and would be replaced by garlic bread.
Both the fried chicken and the brown gravy tasted quite bland to me, and the spaghetti sauce was also somewhat lacking. I hope they can improve as they are still new.
Taste-wise, I personally prefer the other Filipino fast food chain in the same mall.

Stumbled into this pizza joint and tried the Texas Chicken BBQ pizza with mozzarella sticks. It was so good!!! Mad love for thin crust pizza. We even ordered extra as a takeaway. ✌️
However, the tables are too close together, leaving little room to walk or push a stroller.

A friend of mine raved about Shakey's so much, they even bought it for my wife and myself and insisted we try it!
On this note, I'm pleasantly surprised. Taste-wise, it's probably one of the better fast food options. It feels like they've made an effort to tweak the taste to locals' liking. A refreshing addition to Asian Food Mall.

Friends mentioned I should try this while in Singapore, and I guess it's okay. I should've ordered the normal pizza instead of the lunch set, though the spaghetti is good.

Ordered one pepperoni and another Shakey's special. The food was tasty, except the onions were a tad uncooked. Not too big of a deal, though. The staff were friendly and there's a wide range of food. Since it's in a food court surrounded by chatty people, I have to give it 3 stars. But the food itself is top-notch!!

I found Shakey's Pizza near my hotel in Dubai. It was so good, and the Nepalese staff were so friendly, helpful, caring, and hardworking. We ordered the smallest pizza and 3 pieces of juicy chicken with chips, which I thought was worth it. In fact, it was too much for a small eater. Those who have never tried Shakey's, please visit. I will definitely try one in SG to see if their services are as good as what I received in Dubai. So, SG staff, watch out!
