I heard the reviews were very good, so I came down to try. I ordered the crème brûlée, which was creamy, but the bread wasn't very soft. The apple pie was just okay and not very crispy. The yam polo bun had a really explosive filling, but it didn't taste very much like yam; it tasted more like cream to me.

Every time I go shopping at Bugis Junction, I have to buy something here! Their signature pineapple buns, donuts, and crispy sticks are all super tasty. My personal favorite is still the Hokkaido cream bun — the rich milky flavor with that crispy outer layer is just so satisfying.
Recently, they launched a whole series of new taro-flavored items, and as a taro lover, I just had to try a few!
I especially love the sourdough taro bun — the more you chew, the more fragrant it gets. Highly recommend! 😋
